Spacious Family Villa. 3 beds/Private Pool. WiFi , air con ,Panoramic Views

A lovely stay had by all of us as a family of 5. Very detailed local information and directions, an easy check-in and helpful contacts who met us there. Secluded, peaceful but still within easy reach of fantastic beaches and restaurants. 5*

The villa is comfortable (we traveled only as 3 people but it’s a good place for 4-6) and located in a very serene area. You will have beautiful views around but need to drive around 20-25 min to beautiful beaches. The roads are however pretty and not too narrow so for us it was a pleasure to drive every day. The house was extremely clean and check-in very nice and easy.Debbie was always very helpful with lots of handy information. We had a wonderful vacation in Casa Lia and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home and property. Quiet and well located to get to beaches and Tavira easily by car. Would highly recommend. The host checked in regularly, and offered lots of good information. House was well stocked, but if you are arriving late, make sure to pick up groceries.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lia in September. The weather was perfect and the villa was everything we needed for a relaxing week. Tavira is also a lovely place, with lots of great restaurants!

We stayed at the Villa 11 perfect days. We visited the Algarve and this was our homebase. Debbie the owner was soooo on top of things and helpful whenever we needed help.. Jimmy and Fatima catered to our every needs if we needed help. The Villa was spacious and clean, the views were breathtaking,it was the perfect feeling of calmness.

Casa Lia was clean and really well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed. The outdoor space was perfect with a table in a shaded area and a pool perfect for cooling off. It was really windy while we were there - particularly at night so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs might be handy. The communication with Debbie, the owner was great and Jimmy and Fatima were on hand to guide us to the Villa when we arrived and deal with any queries. The villa is in a stunning location - completely away from other properties. It is about a 15 minute drive from Tavira which is a beautiful town - and especially stunning at night. Local beaches are great - we’d particularly recommend Cacela Velha. Casa Lia was a fantastic place for real rest and relaxation!

From driving up on the first night and seeing the beautiful driveway lights, to our leisurely final day by the pool, this villa has been exquisite throughout. The owner has found just the right balance between keeping it extremely clean while making it a comfortable and fun place to spend your hols. It’s remote (how we like it) but just 10 minute drive from restaurants/ supermarkets etc. Imagine waking up in the stunning natural Algarve nature and jumping into your own private pool in the hills. I’ll never forget the peace this place put in my heart. Would I come again? You betcha!

Fantastic place to stay, away from it all but had everything we needed. Pool wasn't heated but we soon got used to the cool water and the location was perfect. Great contact from owner and property manager.

Our vacation is ready, we are home. What a great vacation it was! Thanks to Debbie, Denise and Jimmy!! Debbie is available 24/7 and a great host. Sweet, involved and sincere. And Denise and Jimmy are always around in case something goes wrong! And respect your privacy. During our holiday we literally stood in front of some hot fires. And Debbie was always ready…. With a sweet app or a phone call to let you know how things are going. The house is lovely. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is here and more! Peace, freedom and sun. Highly recommended.
