The house has new furniture, modernised sanitary facilities, and thermal insulation in the roof and walls to ensure high living comfort and improved energy efficiency throughout the year. Additionally, ventilation systems were installed in all rooms and bathrooms.

    The villa has a spacious garden and house, it´s perfect for familiessmall groups with children. The rooms are functional and modern. The equipment of the house is as described. We love thed the yoga room. It´s very useful for trainingfor playing witht he children

    Firstly the two negative points. When we booked this villa the photos showed a yoga studio and Koi Carp fish pond but neither of these are now at the villa and we noticed those photos have now been removed from the listing. Also it wasn’t mentioned in listing that you have to pay for the electricity. We limited our use of electric, never used the dishwasher or air conditioning and paid £57.92 for a week! The villa is lovely and spacious and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to travel anywhere. The outside area is lovely with plenty of visits from the local wild life. This is not the cheapest villa we have stayed in but feel electricity should be included in the price however we would recommend staying here.

    Son Forteza is a beautiful villa set in a lush garden with a lovely pool. It was a great size for three couples to share and we enjoyed our week there very much. Highlights included eating the fresh figs from the garden, morning yoga in the air conditioned studio, eating outside in the dining area and relaxing around the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean and having a bathroom each was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing food and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby (a car is essential to get around). The villa does lack instructions on where to find things and local recommendations which would have been helpful. This led to us being unable to find the lights for the pool until the very end of our holiday! The villa would benefit from some new equipment such as a new coffee maker and kettle as both are very lime scaley and slow. We can recommend hiring a boat for the day from Alcúdia or other ports and going snorkeling and swimming in stunning coves. We can also recommend climbing the Puig de Maria and stopping at the restaurant in the Monastery for fresh orange juice and delicious almond cake. There is also a dramatic walk through the valley to Cala Boquer which starts very close to Port de Pollença. Lots more goats and birds of prey to see if you are lucky. All in all we would recommend a stay here : )

    We liked the garden and the pool. The accommodation was just about right for our party with plenty of space and good quality furnishings and equipment. The local area was fine with good access to the places we wanted to visit. There was no details of the local areathe villa, usually we have been provided with a book giving details of the villa, how to operate TV and other aspects of villa, for example pool lights and local amenities shops etc. There was no cold water in the main bedroom. Check out was arranged for the evening before we left but no one arrived and had to contact agent.

    Das Haus hat ausgesprochen großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Die Lage ist hervorragend und verbindet ruhige Lage mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Grundsätzlich ist die Ausstattung hochwertig, bedarf jedoch an einigen Stellen der Renovierung. Die Ausstattung mit dem notwendigsten für den Haushalt könnte besser sein. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr aufmerksam, die Rückmeldungen erfolgten immer in kurzer Zeit.

    We stayed for a week and were very pleased with the stay The object was well-suited to the description with a lovely garden with attached pool. Everything was very well maintained The house is situated in a well-kept secluded area close to various sights

    We were 4 adults and 3 children and on arrival we thought the villa was wonderful. It was well furnished and bedding and towels were top notch. The pool was suitable for our grandchildren ages 5,4 and 18 months and the garden was wonderful, with a great variety of plants, shrubs and trees. The only downside of this villa is the infestation of ants. They were everywhere! Not just on the patio but in every room in the house. We reported the problem and measures were taken speedily to resolve the issue. But the ants remained stubborn and were even on our clothes in the wardrobe. So disappointing as everything else was spot on. The problem really needs sorting to enable guests to fully enjoy their holiday.
