    Wonderful property for a family holiday. Pool and oitdoor space was great for the boys. Having all the bedrooms ensuite gave everyone enough space. And the kitchen was well equipped, loved the cooker!! Views are amazing & location is peaceful...however that does mean its off the beaten track, or its actually down a track!! So a car is a must if you want to access the island... the town is 5mins, beach 5mins and the port is 15mins... and Bolt delivers!!

    Lovely pool and garden The kitchen has very little in terms of glasses, mugs, plates etc... still no salad bowls or salad servers, we mentioned this last time and it has not improved, we asked for more coffee pods and were told they didn't deliver at the weekend, not even a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, could do much better.

    The photographs of this property are accurate.I stayed 5 nights.I did not have a car - I walked 20 minutes to Xaghra for lunch in the square or about 10 minutes to the bus stop. I also used a hop on hop off bus which is a fantastic way to see and learn about Gozo if you are without a vehicle or short on time. I found walking very pleasant in this area. Fields of grapes, figs, wheat, peach trees, wild flowers and herbs. This is a large, beautifully renovated farmhouse. Beautiful honey coloured stone, high ceilings, modern well equipped kitchen. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Pool.

    The villa is beautiful with old (and new) stone walls, high ceilings and lots of space. The outside pool area is particularly lovely with total privacy, palm trees and countryside views. The upstairs terrace is also a great place for relaxing in the evening.

    Fantastic farmhouse with lovely south facing pool and terrace. Very quiet but make sure you have a good map to find it as it is along two unmade up roads. We will be back!!

    Beautiful property. Very light, spacious and elegant design. Pool area was lovely with palm trees and bougainvilla all around and views out over countryside. The only downside was the corporate feel with no personal details which are usually found . There were no welcoming kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, oil etc and a real lack of kitchen dishes, no cleaning materials and only 1 bin bag. There were several minor maintenance issues , many of which were resolved when we contacted the company. However it did show a lack of care which would not happen in an owner run property

    This property was one of the highlights of out stay in Malta. Once you got used to the noise of the crickets and the heat, everything was there for us. It was a spacious villa where everyone felt closer together yet far enough apart to disturb each other. We left a few things that I hope would be of use to other customers and all the jobs that I picked up on the first day were done very efficiently by Chris (the Handyman) who told of the boats trips and where to go in Xaghra, thanks Chris! We miss the place already and it was truly special having out own villa and the pool which we were in everyday without fail. One final thing, please look after the black cat for us, he is such a sweet little thing and I hope you will treat him with respect.
