Stayed Dec 12, 2025We all had our privacy in our on rooms with bathroom in each bedroom, patio’s & were altogether in family room, played board games at the table & laughed & talked, watched a few Christmas movies. It was Wonderful

Stayed Sep 13, 2025House was per the photos. Great location for all local attractions. Kitchen was well furnished with cookware etc. lots of nice touches like coffee provided, nice towels, access to Netflix and other channels. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025We had a great stay. Excellent communication with the hosts. The place was clean, well-organized, with plenty of space. Close to dining and grocery store (Publix). Close to both the Incline Railway and Ruby Falls. We would gladly stay there again.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025This was a lovely, spacious home with everything needed to accommodate a large group! It was really like a full home upstairs with a downstairs separate apartment that had several beds, a mini kitchen, a laundry room, and a bathroom. The host, Joel, was very responsive in answering all my questions. He was also gracious and accommodating when I made a special request.My whole family had a wonderful time, and if we come back to Chattanooga, we will definitely come back to this home!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The yard and porch are lovely and secluded. The location is very close to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railroad. Grocery stores are very close by. My kids loved having their own space downstairs. Joel was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

It was very close to the trailhead that led to Ruby Falls - was a very pleasant hike. The house was well-equipped for all our needs. It was a great location and close to all all activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This house is beautiful. It’s spacious, CLEAN, and well equipped to host a long or short vacation. We loved the location- it felt safe and very close to the attractions we were planning to see in Chattanooga. The beds downstairs were perfect for the kids to have a ‘slumber party’ while the adults got the bedrooms upstairs. Washer and dryer worked great! Can’t say enough about this beautiful home and the kind owners. Would most definitely stay again.
