Stayed Jul 9, 2019We rented the entire villa for three families. Eleni went out of her way to touch base beforehand to book transfers to the property, provide recommendations for dinner and excursions, and she even did some grocery shopping to make sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was light and very nice. It would be ideal if coffee was included. The villa with separate apartments and common areas was ideal for our three families. The pool is spectacular, but is closer to the owner's home instead of the villa. That was the only awkward part as you walk down steps and driveway to reach the pool and there are no coolers or toilets around the pool area. We absolutely loved Imerovigli and didn't mind the steep walk to the Caldera or for buses. We preferred our dinner in Imerovigli over Oia, because it is so much less crowded. Eleni was very helpful giving us tips for the trail to Oia and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this property for large groups who don't mind a bit of a walk to reach the restaurants and shops of Imerovigli.

Stayed Jul 29, 2018We rented the EOS Villa for a week in the beginning of August. We were 16 adults plus a toddler. We could not have picked a better place to accommodate our needs. The villa is very spacious and with its three separate apartments, it provides enough privacy even within the same group, if people choose so. The owner Georgios, and the manager Eleni were very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions and requests prior to our arrival. When we finally arrived, we were stunned-the villa is immaculately kept, and the views are, of course, stunning. I am not an early bird, but several of us made an effort to wake up early to see the sunrise, which was spectacular. And to top this off, you have to see and capture the sunset. Most restaurants require a reservation, if you will be dining around sunset, so be prepared for that. The villa offers plenty of options to eat in, with major kitchen appliances available, plus the outdoor grill. You just need to buy the groceries. It is also conveniently located very close to a small supermarket (5 min drive), 5-10 min drive to Thira for dinner, shopping and entertainment, as well as to and from the airport. It is a 20-25 min drive to Oia, which was everyone's favorite. There are many beautiful places around the world, but Santorini is definitely at the top of the list for us. We had an unforgettable experience, and EOS Villa was a big part of it. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed Apr 2, 2018The Eos Villa lived up to the hype. Nine bedrooms and four kitchens made it an ideal place to host our extended family of 13. Plenty of space to spread out. The kids really enjoyed having an Infinity pool in the private back yard, with a nice view of the city below. Be sure to take many photos there. The host George and his assistant Elena were very hospitable. They gave us a thorough orientation upon check-in, and even provided us with a personalized map with recommendations of places to visit. The staff lives in the basement quarters, so while that was convenient at times (such as when we inadvertently got locked out of one of the interior villas), there are some drawbacks that you should be aware of. First, there is a designated quiet time beginning at 10pm, which would be fine except that the acoustics are such that any noise you make seems amplified 10x. Second, be aware that there is no washer/dryer...but the host offered to send out our laundry for a small fee, so that was a viable solution. Third, the water is not potable, so be ready to purchase large quantities of water for cooking/drinking. All in all, a close to perfect home for our group -- it definitely beats getting 4 or 5 separate hotel rooms.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely apartments, one of the best I've ever stayed in while in Greece. Spacious and clean with a modern twist. Stunning veiws from apartment 1 of the pool and sea. Having a car is recommended, local village has amazing veiws of the volcano side of the island. Georgios very nice and helpful. Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay while we where in Santorini.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our party of 11 adults and teenagers rented Villa Eos for a four night stay. There were separate apartments for each of our families with plenty of room for everyone enjoy privacy and common areas for us to gather at mealtime. There is a beautiful view from the Villa and the pool. The owner was very attentive and helped orient us to the island and arranged our transfers to and from the airport and ferry. There is a bus stop nearby and we found the local bus to be a great way to get around the island. I would highly recommend this location, especially for large groups.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at villa Eos for a week. There were 12 adults and a baby so we hired the whole villa. It was really important that we had lots of space to get ready as we were on the island for my wedding. We combed all the usual websites for a large property and Eos was the largest and best value property to be found. Each apartment has everything you could need for a self catering holiday and there are cheap supermarkets a short drive away in Fira (don't stop at the first one you find- keep going to Carrefour or if you really want a bargain- keep going down the main road past Megalochori where there is a super cheap cash and carry) The owner George is fantastic- no request was too much trouble and he answered all my emails promptly. Running a hotel nearby he was often on hand to give us advice and help us out. Definitely get him to arrange transfers for you as it is by far the cheapest way for a large group to get from the airport and totally stress free. We loved Santorini- it's easy to have a night out in Imerovigli and enjoy the stunning Caldera views without the need of a car- you just walk up the hill and you're there. There are also regular busses to all parts of the island if you don't want to take the car all the time. Villa Eos has stunning views of the countryside and the Aegean sea but not the famous Caldera- you simply couldn't fit such a large property with such a stunning pool into that area of Santorini. And what a pool it is!! We spent lots of time relaxing and having fun at the villa's own private infinity pool- stunning! And it even has it's own WiFi by the loungers!!! I got my photographer to take some shots by the infinity pool on the wedding day and they are amazing!! The villa was super clean and tidy and if you opt for the maid service it works out really good value between the whole group. As I've said before- it has everything you need. We managed to do a BBQ for 16 people one night by the pool with cooking things found in each apartment. The villa is a little bit off the beaten track but not all of our group hired a car and still managed fine. Prices around the caldera are ridiculously high and it's really easy to get to Fira, Oia and everywhere else by bus from the villa We all loved Villa Eos- for large groups it really can't be beaten. The standard of accommodation for the price you pay is superb and George is a great guy who will go to great lengths to make sure your stay is perfect! We will be back!!
