3 bedroom villa with amazing views and plunge pool

Without exaggeration, the best view in Santorini may be here. Even after we have left, we cannot fathom what we woke up to every morning. This property is located about 20 min walk from the main city Fira, and we appreciated the smaller crowds, slower pace than the insanity of Fira at night. At the same time, getting around the island can be difficult so if you’re not a walker or not someone who would rent an ATV or bike, this place may not be for you. The host also offers connecting you with a taxi service for far trips which was super appreciated! The hot tub was a huge bonus for this property. Our only gripe was the that the water didn’t get super hot and we were there during the cooler season. Other than that the property was gorgeous, well kept, and very comfortable. I really recommend this space for large groups who are able to walk around and enjoy the finer luxuries that Santorini has to offer. I’d book this space again if I ever came back.

Where do I start? It was easy to book, the communication with property manager was easy with timely responses. And working with the Villa Manager Jackie was outstanding. When we finally arrived, wow what a view with an outstanding location. I believe we had the best villa. Villa was super clean, the pool was epic and our ability to walk to local stores and restaurants was ideal. Regarding the location, 20 min walk to Fria, and 20 min drive to Oia. No risk in staying at this Villa.

We stayed in Santorini for 3 nights and this place was perfect for our group (3 couples). Loved that the location was within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, Fira, and even the walking trail to Oia. The property manager was very helpful and the apartment was spacious and had every amenity we needed. The views are amazing from every level of the property and we loved finishing our nights in the warm plunge pool.

The Villa Gaia was absolutely exceptional! We were celebrating our sister's 50th birthday so there were 4 of us sharing the villa. Everything was immaculate and the pictures did the property justice - the views were spectacular. We were greeted by Jackie, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to ensure everything that we needed was provided. Our driver, Nikko, was GREAT! Was very helpful and was a great guide. Provided insight and made great suggestions for dinner, places to go see, etc. Can't express our delight in this property and the staff enough - needless to say, when we return to Santorini we will be staying at Villa Gaia!

The Villa was lovely! Located in Imerovigli, the location of this Santorini villa is at one of the best views of the Caldera. The rooms were spacious and clean. A few minutes walk to Fira and many restaurants, or better, stay in Imerovigli and eat in a more peaceful environment. We shared this Villa with another couple who had their own area of the Villa, and it worked very well.

We just returned from a 6 night stay in Villa Gaia. I cannot say enough good things about this villa and the service we received from start to finish. The view is spectacular! At times it didn't even seem real! The villa was spotless and the perfect spot for two couples traveling together - we each had our own space, but could gather together on the balcony for breakfast or cocktails and marvel at the view. We loved staying in Imerovigli - close enough to Fira to walk, but out of the hustle and bustle of cruise ship passengers visiting Fira or Oia. There is a great little market, Jimmy's just at the top of the hill so very convenient for stocking up and Cafe Imerovigli was one of our favorite places to go. Everything about this place was perfect. And, the service from Petros and his team was top notch. When there was a little glitch with the water, all we had to do was email and he responded immediately and took care of everything. He was very helpful in arranging for a car rental and transfers to the airport on our departure. The size of the villa is perfect with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchens are small, but have everything you need for making breakfast or cooking dinners. And, the place was spotless. Thank you, Petros and team for making this a vacation we will always remember. Can't wait to come back to Villa Gaia!
