Romantic private villa w/ pool, 3 minutes from the beach, surrounded by nature

Everything as described. Great place to stay!

This is a charming little villa with its own olive and figue trees garden. Everything was very clean, all you need for a shorter or longer stay is there starting from the dishes to iron and washing maschine. We really enjoyed the big garden and the privacy the property offers. There are 3 different seating areas and a decent size pool. We were grilling almost every evening to take advantage of the warm summer evenings. The house itself is very nice and fits fine a family of 4 persons. A big thank you to Ervina who really made our stay perfect. We would absolutely recommend this nice villa for your holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay. It started with a warm welcome by Ervina and the surprise that the house and surroundings really look like the pictures in the add. The whole house and pool were very clean (the pool was cleaned every day) and well equiped. It is not in the center of touristic sites, but if you want to spend some quiet days on the pool it is an ideal choice. And if you want to see more of Istria, Pula is just an hour away,... The next supermarkets are just 10 km off, so it is no problem to get stores either from the supermarkets or from the market in Labin. All in all we really had a great holiday and will certainly remember it for a long time. And we are already thinking about coming back next year.

The nicest holiday home ever! Really everything you need is present in the house. (Ironing board, towels, toiletpaper, soap) shortly: The best equiped and clean holiday home we’ve ever staid in.Even towels for the pool are present! Very nice area and super markets are close by (but you do need a car to get there). And then you have Ervina (the house owner) She is the most gentil person ever. She had a gift for our two little children on departure which was the nicest thing ever! We already know where we will spend our next holiday in Croatia!

We really liked our stay at Villa Bina. Everything is as described and the equipment of the house/kitchen is more than sufficient. Very big and beautiful located property as well. The welcome by Ervina was so gentle too! To conclude: Thank you for a perfect stay in Croatia!

We had a fantastic time at this villa in Trget. We were made to feel very welcome by Ervina who really went out of her way to make are holiday special. Great attention to detail within the villa itself..everything catered for. Pool was lovely , as was the fully stocked wine cellar. A great get away from it all location ..loved it !!

It’s an excellent house, everything was 100% ok, very nice pool, perfect airco, good beds, good decoration, quit surroundings and not the least important, Ervina is the best contact person you can imagine. Highly recommended!!

The villa was beautifully presented and in a wonderful peaceful location. The owner Ervina went out of her way to welcome us and to ensure that all our needs were met. We thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a 5 star holiday in rural Croatia. One small point, the directions to the villa could be improved. Otherwise perfect!

We visited as a couple in the Spring, our host was waiting outside to welcome us in as we found the villa and that set the tone for excellent customer service. We were immediately impressed and noted that the pictures do not do the villa justice. Nothing was too much trouble and our hosts always responded to any question immediately. We were struck by the absolute quiet and feeling of peace and my husband and I loved every minute. We own our own company and spent each morning working outside with the excellent wifi and then sightseeing in nearly Pula (50 mins drive) or Rabac (35 mins drive) or lazing by the pool (bliss). This villa was well equipped and every need catered for, we were able to be self sufficient and very relaxed. Only slight drawback to note is that you absolutely need a car here as the two restaurants in Trget are walkable (30 mins on foot) but a very uphill walk on the way back which is hard work. Both restaurants are worth a visit or two and whilst there is a minimarket in Trget, you need to drive to Labin to stock up (10-15 minutes drive) where there are several big supermarkets. We would absolutely 100% come back here as we have never had such a refreshing and 'cared for' break.

We have just spent a week here - family of four, with 12 and 15 year olds. We had a really great week. The house is situated so that it is quiet (there are neighbours so not too isolated) but within easy reach of restaurants and the sea. The facilities in the house are fantastic and the owner goes to a lot of trouble with small details to make you feel welcome. There is a field with a badminton net and the pool was great (if a trifle cold! Solar heating for the pool would be good). We really enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fireplace in the Loggia by the pool. We thoroughly recommend this property - loved our holiday It is also within easy reach of most places on the Istrian peninsula, especially Labin and Pula.
