Fenced family and pet-friendly Villa near Rabac, fully air-cond, quiet location

Was a great trip to Croatia. We love the area. Walter's house was a great base camp and he did everything he could to make sure our stay was comfortable. Very responsive to our requests, and communication was great.

This property has an excellent outdoor area and pool, which is really why we decided to stay there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the pool, which was relaxing and a lot of fun. The outdoor barbecue is also a bonus. The house however is a little tired, dated and cluttered in places (the dining and living space). The bathrooms in particular could use some updating. However, the house is certainly comfortable enough, the air conditioning is very useful in the heat and overall we did enjoy our stay. Walter is really helpful and recommended nice beaches and restaurants. It wasn't great for us that Walter had to come and check the property at the end of our stay when we were leaving to drive to Zagreb for our flight at 7.30am as we have never experienced this before, however that may just be our experience of the many other rentals we have stayed in around Europe. On a positive note, the location of the property is excellent, very close to Labin, which is lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the Santa Marina beach which was only around 18 minutes drive. Rabac beach is closer but very busy (although we did stay during high season in August).

The house is exactly as described and more: it has 2 new couches in the living room and new windows and shades! The host is a very nice man that will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We were 5 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space! The pool is always clean and has the right temperature! I strongly recommend this house.

Walter was very helpfull and the house is nice and complete. The swimming pool is excellent and we had a great time. Walter has some clear guidelines and rules which one needs to follow

hi:) We were here last year and it was perfect.) it was easy to find the house, and when we found it looked exactly like the pictures. house is quite large and spacious, but more importantly it was very clean. all day we were at the pool, enjoy swimming, barbecuing, while the children play on the slide and rocking. owner is very polite and friendly and helped us in everything we needed, he showed us the city and shops and directed us where the most beautiful beaches are ..we hope to have the opportunity to come again, and we will certainly recommend it to our friends and familiy to come :)))

We were here for two weeks and it was a good vacation. The neighborhood was calm which was important. We really enjoyed house exterior which is bigger than on the photos because there is a garden with fruit trees and toboggan for kids behind the house. We were surprised with a little gym witch was not on the photos, so that was a big plus. And it was great that we had our own peace because big part of house and pool is hidden from passengers view. I recommend it.
