Excellent communiation with host before arrival. Great location by river, close to town, quiet & visited by at least 40 elk upon our arrival back one day. Amazing! The townhome is well appointed and was more than spacious for our group of six. Would definitely come back.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for in our stay. Close to RMNP for morning hikes and close to Estes Park for ice cream runs. The owners were great and responsive to questions. This was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had for a VRBO home. Great place to unwind and just hang out.

The Estes property on the Big Thompson river was all it was advertised to be. My wife and I loved the location and proximity to the town and Rocky Mountain Forest. The setting, with the Big Thompson just out the back door, walking path along the river, mountain views at the ready. Close enough to walk to town for those that like to walk/hike, but at the same time feeling nestled away with all that we needed to be comfortable, the home was very welcoming and appointed well; We enjoyed the living room with the fire place, the kitchen, and the TV room, while in the home. We spent our days hiking in the forest and walking the town, and felt great coming back to relax at the end of each day. The management was very responsive before, during and after our stay, making sure that we had the best visit. We are definitely looking at returning in the future!

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful mountain home! Barb is incredible in her kind and helpful assistance before and during our stay. She truly has the gift of hospitality. Our group of two couples had more than enough room to stay and this home could have easily accommodated another couple. We loved the comfortable king size beds. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. The location was excellent with a walking path in the backyard right by the river. Beautiful! Close to town but far enough away to be peaceful. Loved it!
