Stayed Jun 9, 2022Very much like the setup with the location of the house in an enclosed area with a central pool shared by 4 houses. Definitely need to have a car to go anywhere. Overall the house is as described. Some things need better stocking, which is random - I.e. there is grilling equipment but no Grill. There is a stove but no pots/pans - which I asked for but never received. This limits usefulness of the kitchen for cooking. No large mixing bowls, etc. Broom/dustpan bent so don't work well... A number of small broken or nearly broken things (bathroom hardware for example). Needs bathroom mats and at least a rug/mat by the front door - the sand currently carries all over the house. Basically the place needs a tuneup. All of these issues are minor, but became annoying altogether - thankfully they can be easily addressed. If they are, this could easily become a 5-star type of stay.

Stayed Nov 12, 2021Comparable replacement for original booking that became not assessable. Positives were location to beach, clean, roomy, garage, secured entrance. Negative: Dishwasher broken, garage entrance challenging for motorcycles

Stayed May 28, 2021Check in was supposed to be 4:00. They were still cleaning the property til 5:30. They didn’t have the garage code or clicker so we had to use the compound entrance. Another tenant of the compound locked a lock we weren’t provided a key for. Had to drive back to the office to pick up the ‘right key’. It wasn’t the right key. Luckily another tenant finally arrived to let my family in. Address provided through Vrbo was not accurate. Lots of other little inconveniences I wouldn’t expect in this price range: missing or burnt out lightbulbs through out, no hand towels at all, fans worked intermittently , water pooled at entrance of property due to poor drainage. Pictures definitely oversell the place.
