Stayed Jun 10, 2021We got there early so we checked to see if property ready. It was but the office was waiting on keys, we were told 15 min. 3 hours later we picked up keys. By time we got to property it was 5 minutes before office closed. They forgot to give us key code. Luckily I got ahold of them. The BBQ grill is broke, the outdoor shower was stripped and didn’t work and hard barbed wire hanging down. The pool was disgusting. There’s one open garbage can for the 4 units which happened to be by our garage. We would have to clean it up before entering garage when we’d return. Property manager knew there was 6 people, there was one fork. 4 towels, no washcloths, no starter dishsoap or laundry soap as stated in contract. Sofa has pieces coming up through material posing potential injury if not careful when sitting down on either side. Private beach was nice but not walking distance.
