PREMIUM: GRAND AND ELEGANT VILLA

Wonderful house, exactly as shown on the photos. Lots of privacy, very quiet neighbourhood. The outdoor area is well thought through, also offers areas in the shade. The pool is just great. Communication with the owners is easy and fast. Good starting point for exploring beaches, towns and the mountains.

Very well equipped and spacious villa for a multi generation family holiday. Superb outdoor facilities with kitchen, BBQ, pool, shower and toilet. Location is good with local supermarket and facilities in Sa Pobla and lots of restaurants etc in Pollensa. Car is essential.

We had a really good time in this house. Everything is in really good shape and of very high quality. Kitchen well equipped, modern bed and bathrooms, lots of space. Outside area with a lot of space to relax and find a good spot in the sun or shade all day. Pool was amazing. We would definitely come back!

Amazing architectural house built of local limestone. Grounds are great and well thought out. Reasonably well equipped, great outside sitting and dining areas on covered veranda. Great BBQ area too. Outside shower and even toilet/shower room. Plenty of loungers. Inside space excellent with 3 upstairs and one downstairs bedroom all with en-suites. The swimming pool was v cold in September but that’s because it is not heated. Could do with more pans in kitchen. Warning… beds are hard and we requested mattress toppers, hopefully this will be acted on. Beware mosquitoes!

Villa was everything we’d hoped for and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

As all the reviews said , this Villa is amazing and the host was brilliant too! It’s spacious (there were 8 of us, two families) with plenty of space but not too big to be far from anything you need. The outdoor space is brilliant and so well thought out. Location is excellent and a short drive to anything you need. We had a couple of minor issues but Aina was quick to sort these and it meant it didn’t affect us too much at all. A great experience and I hope we can return !

We were a family of 8, 4 adults and 4 children and we all had a wonderful stay at this villa! the property was spacious, well looked after and provided great comfort to our group. A car is a must to stay at this property to offer full flexibility. The host couldn’t have been nicer! A really great experience!

Villa Aguait. Villa Aguait is a beautiful special place in a quiet secluded location. It is an excellent villa for a family group holiday (we were three generations) . It has everything you need and more and totally exceeded our expectations ( which were high to begin with ). The pool and outside areas were immaculate and so well thought out providing great family fun or relaxing . Ania was extremely helpful and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect . We cant recommend this villa highly enough and we will definitely be back again.
