Paradise Villa CHRISTINA GIORGIA sea view with beautiful swimming pool

The unit was in a spectacular setting The grounds were in excellent shape the pool was clean the rooms and bathrooms were in good shape The service was great when ever I had questions they were immediately addressed. Wish we could of stayed longer I recommend this hotel for any family up to 8 people awesome experience great job raf Thanks

We stayed as two families and were stunned by the beauty of the area directly around the villa and further afield in Calabria. The villa itself is very comfortable with three en-suite double bedrooms and a small annex (which is nice but not to the standard of the main property) but the star of the show is the pool area and gardens which is where we spent the majority of our time. The pool is very large with a jacuzzi area and waterfall feature and plenty of loungers and chairs. The bar area was a little disappointing and could do with a tidy in order to be of real value but it really didn't matter to us at all. The gardens are full of flowers, fruit trees (we enjoyed fresh figs, peaches, blackberries etc while we were there) and within the property boundary there are grape vines and olive trees. It is all maintained beautifully and brought a smile to our faces every time we walked out in the morning. We ventured out a few times and would recommend a trip to Sicily, Tropea, Scilla and the local village and beaches. We found nice restaurants all over the area and would recommend Casa Rural (just down the hill) for a lovely evening experience as well as a meal. I would just add that a car is essential as the property is up the side of a hill and the walk back up is not easy. The only thing I would mention is that it isn't clear on the description that Raf and his family have an apartment area downstairs which they stay in occasionally. This didn't actually cause us any issue as they were only there for a couple of days and were lovely, friendly and helpful but it may change the dynamic of your holiday if you were not aware of this fact, We had a wonderful two weeks and would highly recommend both the villa and the area in general. We stayed with our two kids 12 and 14. The house is located on a hill and has a superb view on the sea, we saw the Stromboli volcano by clear weather. We were welcomed by the owner who invited us to a nice Diner with its family . The village is 10 minutes from the house and has all necessary food stores. You need your car to go to the village. The region has simple restaurants with good food and extremely cheap ! The area is quite wild with almost no tourists beyond the Italians visiting their family during the summer. We parked the car on the beach and found clean beaches and water. The region is not very developed which we enjoyed as it remain typical. The house is big , however you leave on the first floor which is quite big with a nice balcony. We did not use the small dependance which would be perfect for teenagers or for a nanny. We enjoyed the fact that each room had its own bathroom and is well equipped. The pool is splendid and it is the strong point of the location. We wished a bit more shadow. The location is perfect for a family with young kids or for a quiet retreat. We enjoyed our stay and our guests were attentive to our needs.

This is the most beautiful property. It's like having your own private resort. It's impeccably clean and modern. The grounds are well looked after. It's the perfect place for a family vacation. We celebrated our anniversary there last year. I would highly recommend this property.
