Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

    This corner house in Del Webb is a wonderful modern rental. The open floor plan is an entertaining dream with floor to ceiling doors that bring the sunlight into the entire house. One can cook and bake in the kitchen , while enjoying tv and your family at the same time. If you want quiet time there is an office also. The backyard is open and perfect for barbecues and news is a swimming pool and spa will be installed soon. The Greenday team is also a delight to work with. They are always ready to complete your requests in a prompt and efficient matter . You will not be disappointed with this rental house .
