The stunning pictures you see online don't do this house justice. For a few days that my family and I stayed here we felt like royalty. Everything was pristine, high-end, and gorgeous. No expense was spared and no detail was missed by the designers of this incredible house. Our group had 9 people and everybody had a 5/5 experience. Hector (the prop. manager) was a true professional and super easy to work with. He took the time to explain how things worked and was on top of everything. Finally, the location was in a safe gated complex of other similar homes and the drive to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. was short and sweet. Can't wait to return!

The house is well designed, clean and has large glass sliding walls commensurate with a family experience in an open setting. The house is one of 7 on a gated cul-de-sac with very close proximity to one another which can be a negative with regard to noise, which was a short term issue for us. The openness of the house is both wonderful and an issue for sounds. Otherwise, the pool is the standout in the space; excellent for adults and young ones, with safety etc. I would say that for the price, the heating should be included, but that is another story. The rooms are good size, the kitchen is very spacious, albeit you have to bring everything. The location is amongst very nice homes but driving is essential for groceries, etc so expect 10 to 15 minute drives everywhere. The house and pool occupy 90% of the lot. The look of the grounds is maintained by artificial grass which does work well, but can be hot to walk on for little people. I am commenting on some of the items as I would like in a review, but overall, a very good architectural home with superior pool and bedrooms.

An incredible 6 weeks with family. This house is amazing. We all had our own spacious rooms plus the main areas were amazing to have family dinners and enjoy time together. Hector was incredible to deal with, any issues (minor) dealt with immediately. If you want a resort like vacation, BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Our stay at Bravo 4 could not have been better. We were there as a family with five children in their 20's and the space was perfect. The house and pool are even nicer than the photos and they're in pristine condition. The beds are so comfortable and everything about the house is luxurious and top-notch -- from the linens to the towels to the well-appointed kitchen. The house is in a great location for walking and biking. There are also trailheads for hiking within five minutes of the house. The star of the show is Hector, who made the whole process seamless and was there for any questions we had. He is friendly, warm, and quick to respond. We were there over New Year's and Hector left us a bottle of champagne. We can't recommend the house or the experience with Hector highly enough. We will be back and will absolutely be staying in one of his properties,
