Pictures seemed to good to be true but are 100% accurate. House is beautiful, extremely well equipped, and family loved the outdoor spaces and of course the pool. Would have preferred to receive check-in instructions prior to our stay instead of exactly at 4pm the day of check-in. Also, we lost hot water in half of the house. They said it would get fixed immediately but never heard back from them and remained broken for the remainder of our stay.
