Our extra special infinity pool has the wow factor view!

Lovely, large villa enjoying fantastic views over Kalkan.

We had an amazing time staying in this villa as a group of 10. The outdoor space was perfect for a large group and the view from the pool was stunning. Bedrooms were reasonably sized and all equipped with an ensuite plus some come with a shared balcony/terrace. Great location as well. Local shops and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk. Would recommend walking down and getting a taxi back which are fairly cheap and most fit 6 people. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa has a great view and is nicely furnished. It is quite high on the hill so be advised that you will need to drive on very steep roads to access it, something to keep in mind if you are renting a car, AWD/4WD is advised. There are, however, several issues that need to be addressed. 1. The owner does not have any check-in instructions other than Call me, so you will need to make sure you have a phone with cell service in order to check in. Some kind of lock-box or code would be helpful. 2. The owner met us on arrival and would not leave until he was paid a cash deposit of 300 EUR. There was no prior communication of this and for a villa stay which was $4000+, it's totally unnecessary. We settled on a 200 USD deposit instead. 3. Showers have drainage issues, which do not keep up with the water-flow, causing water to flood out after about 90 seconds. The dividers which separate the shower area from the rest of the bathroom do not extend out far enough and the bathroom gets soaked after every use - we resorted to rolling up towels to prevent flooding. 4. Power on the main floor was out for a whole night causing the fridge to go dead and all our food to spoil. 5. WiFi did not work for the majority of the trip causing those who were working to have to roam. 6. Lacking even basic supplies: salt, sugar, extra towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. There's more, but I am limited to 1500 characters - needs some improvement!

My cousins and I wanted a ‘get-together’ to create memories and our experience at Kalkan lived up to expectations. Exceptional accommodation with splendid facilities. We loved the rooms, the pool and the views. We had a fabulous time and great memories to last many years! Our host Cengiz - was welcoming, warm and friendly. We would all definitely recommend the property.

Fantastic family holiday in Kalkan . Villa was great , 12 adults one 3 year old had an absolute ball ! Definitely return .

This villa has a breathtaking views and comfort. Will totally recommend for comfort of location , neighbourhoods and friendliness of the staff. Property manager was very helpful and will surely come back again next year.
