Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

    The location was perfect being just a short walk to Pitt St Old Village main area as well as so close to everything else including beaches and Charleston. But, the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and some much needed deep cleaning of the bathroom and floors. Bathroom was especially mildewed and needed cleaning. Also, although the location shows Royall, it’s actually up a very narrow alley behind someone else’s house. Overall our stay was good.

    The VRBO was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was great being centralized to areas we visited. The neighborhood felt safe with a dog park across the street, which was perfect for our needs. The VRBO is semi tucked behind another home which provided additional privacy.     This was a cute little property in a really good neighborhood. There was a nice park right across the street that was perfect for our dog. The host was very responsive and helped right away in getting us some batteries for the smoke detector. Would definitely stay here again!

    The duplex is hidden behind another home on Royall St., this is a great location if you enjoy Old Village Mt Pleasant. It is a great neighborhood where kids ride their bikes to school and go to the park to play. You can easily walk to dinner at the Great Post House, Gala Cafe & Bakery, wine bar and other charming shops. The interior is pleasant with large windows, ceiling fans and comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped. Parking is conveniently located. Great choice for CHS.

    We loved the convenient location and cute little house! Everything we needed for our 4-night stay. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the sweetest little bakery & cafe in the mornings. Also loved that it was a short drive to Shem Creek, Sullivan’s Island and downtown Charleston.

    Was in a really convenient location in a really gorgeous neighborhood. Easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Charleston and IOP and Sullivan’s Island. Really great restaurants all within 20 minutes. There is also a really great bridge to walk out on over the gorgeous marsh. Would definitely stay here again.

    The little cottage is a perfect rental if looking to stay in Old Village. Loved the location and ease. Super clean as well! The only complaint would be them not acclimating for an early check in. Super bummed about that. Overall, excellent and will rent again!
