Ocean/Marsh Front, NEW renovated Deck!

The perfect vacation…from the minute we walked into your very clean villa until the moment we left. Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us! The kitchen had everything we needed, the king bed was very comfy, the shower had amazing water pressure (which is something you don’t always find). Loved that the park pass was included as we went to Hunting Island State Park a couple of times and it was the perfect place to walk the beach. Went to Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal where we saw alligators, turtles, and lots of different birds. We also enjoyed the Henry Robinson Boardwalk where we climbed the Observation Tower where we saw dolphins.

The condo was very nice and updated! Parking is easy and we enjoyed the beach chairs for us to use. We couldnt enjoy the porch due to a Mama bird with a nest in the tree, she was not okay with us being out there, but thats okay nature is nature. Would recommend to anyone with kids!

We stayed for 5 nights at this property as we were playing in a nearby golf tournament. The complex is great. Quiet with plenty to do. Great view of the marsh and you can actually see out to the ocean. Being able to walk out to the beach was a special treat. The sunsets were spectacular and were a great way to end the day. Overall a very memorable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Turtle Villa. Be aware that the king bed frame protrudes 6 from the mattress, causing us many bruises.

My husband and I started our low country vacation at the beginning of April, soon to be followed by a visit from our 15 year old granddaughter, and then her Mom. Another quick break for just the two of us, and then joined by our youngest daughter and 9 year old grandson. Almost three weeks of pure bliss.Being familiar with the area, and fairly frequent visitors, we knew what to expect. What we didn't expect was a condo that was exactly as advertised. Everything you could possibly need was available and the condo was very clean. Being a little obsessive about cleanliness, I think this was the best I've encountered over the years.In addition, the host was so responsive and pleasant to deal with. I had an email change which VRBO tried to associate with my trip, but was unable to do so. The host emailed me at my new email, and gave me her cell phone. We also had to request two separate parking passes through the host, and everything worked out perfectly.We give our host and their property five stars, and hope to visit again soon.All of us found something fun to do every day

The space and location were fabulous in every way. You may want to stock up on groceries and gas on the way in since there's not much within a 20 minute drive. Loved our stay!

The condo was terrific. The view over the marsh was spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped and with heavy gauge pots. My only complaint ( and why I didn’t give it 5 stars) was the lighting. It was impossible to read in bed as the lights were too low and there was just one spot in living room where you could read.,

The sunset and sunrise were both so beautiful. The decor was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Showers had great pressure and well designed.

Quiet wide beach at low tide, good access to parks, included park pass, Beaufort, fish market, Port Royal. Deck was nice overlooking marsh. Pools were nice and island was nice. Updated and remodeled.

Place was perfect for our wedding weekend. Sherry was quick in responses and helpful in a few special requests.

Fantastic property! The location was perfect for what we were looking for - a low key beach vacation and easy drives to Charleston and Savannah. We are a family of 5 and the condo was great - had everything we needed, was super clean and well-appointed. The comfy king bed was a HUGE bonus for the husband and I - was not overly squishy which you find in many rentals. We cooked 4 meals at the condo and had everything we needed. The condo's pool was also great - kids ended each day there. We spent each beach day at Hunting Island which may be one of my fav places ever. We took walks at night to Pelican Point. The wildlife did not disappoint. We saw a gator the first night on the beach and then under the boardwalk to the beach. We also saw turtles, frogs, crabs, dolphins, horseshoe crabs and even accidentally brought home a hermit crab in my pocket! We had ice cream at Barefoot Bubba's twice, watched a sunset from the marsh boardwalk, kayaked with Coastal Expeditions, spent a day in Charleston and half a day in Savannah (which I wish had been a full day - such a cool city!) Beaufort is also a super fun town. Cannot say enough good things about the property, its location and all the area has to offer!
