Oceanfront and golf course—this beautifully appointed condo has both!!

Walking into 730 N. Hampton, the world slips away as your eyes are immediately drawn to the exquisite view of the ocean that delights all who enter: It’s a tropical oasis. That ocean view and views of the Ocean Point Golf Course and Hunting Island are seen out the large windows in all rooms and sounds of the surf are on demand when the windows are open. Relaxing on the oceanfront balcony, guests are bound to see dolphins swimming and feeding in the Fripp Inlet.

In addition to the beauty of nature, this home has everything guests need to feel pampered—Pottery Barn and coastal furnishings, original artwork, top-of-the line Serta mattresses, plush linens, a well-stocked kitchen with separate drink refrigerator, televisions in each room, beach towels and chairs.

With a private, oceanfront pool, one might never leave the complex! However, the nearest beach access is only a short walk away, and the center of the island, too, just a short golf cart ride away for those who want to explore.

We are club members so amenity cards may be purchased.

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
If you do want to purchase the amenity cards, the resort will add an additional island fee of 13% to your rental to use their amenities. This will be added to your weekly stay at time of amenity card purchase.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

    The condo has a great location and an excellent view right on the ocean. Condo is clean and spacious. However, a few issues...some small, some big. Prior to arrival I asked the property manager if there were beach chairs, a cooler, and a pack-n-play or any baby things in the condo. The property manager told me no to all of those. We showed up at the condo and there was a pack-n-play, a cooler, and 5 beach chairs found in various closets throughout the condo. Glad I packed all of those things in my car (sarcasm). We stayed from Thursday to Tuesday. The AC stopped working on Saturday. I immediately messaged the property manager about this. They responded by asking me to turn the AC to 73 degrees. I again wrote them on Sunday morning asking if anyone was going to fix the AC. I got no response despite expressing my disappointment in nobody coming out to fix the issue. The temperature was 80 in the condo. Our checkout was Tuesday at 10AM. Ironically, and comedically, the AC repair guy showed up literally as we were walking out the door Tuesday morning. The AC guy said he was only notified 1 hour ago. You can imagine how 3 days went in an 80 degree condo with a 3 yr old and a 5 month old. Beware if you have any issues while staying here. Property management doesn't seem to care. It's really unfortunate bc the property is nice and in a great location. Side note...Fripp Island is awesome, but really needs to improve their food/restaurant situation.

    Absolutely loved the condo. The view from every room was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the ocean The private pool was so nice and having an elevator to get up and down was nice with luggage and coolers and chairs. I will definitely definitely stay there again in the future

    Our family of 6 enjoyed a relaxing long weekend in this well maintained condo with a view! Booking and check-in was a breeze. The furnishings were comfortable and up to date (a must for the wife). The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable on the beach. Beach towels and chairs made things convenient as we run out of room in the van to bring ours. We found ourselves discussing the utility of the beach chairs. They had everything we needed - built in zipper cooler on the back, another section to hold our snacks and a book, plus a cup holder, pouch to hold your phone and straps to wear it on your back. I know I am a bit long winded on the chairs, but little things do make a big difference! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony as we looked over the water. Being a condo I didn’t expect much privacy on the balcony but the way this unit is positioned you can’t see anyone else. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating when we realized we left something important in the condo and had to come back to retrieve it. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy everything Fripp Island has to offer!

    The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, confortable, casual, beachy. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one told us this. If you wish to access the beach clubs, fitness center, stores, restaurants, golf clubs you must purchase the amenity cards & you will be charged an addtional 12.8% tax of your total stay fee. The one thing we will ding this listing on...the property management' response. I asked multiple questions in advance without repeated response, literally had to beg for the amenity card invoice, & the cards were to be in the condo upon arrival, which they were not! No access to the island ammenties until receipt of cards. Also, the wrong dates on our cards amd parking pass. I requested a refund for the 2 days. . Paid for 7days, recieved 5 days. Still no refund. If the Sandcastle management is the owner of this unit, the owner should be aware of the lack of management of this property. That portion was highly disappointing. Ive never experienced such unprofessional behavor from other vrbo listings. We've rented all over the world. Overall the location and condo perfect!
