This house by far surpassed any expectations we had. This home is so beautifully thought out and completely stocked with everything you might need. The beds and linens were so comfortable. Some of our favorite memories were made on the spacious screened in porch and also hanging out on the lower outdoor level. The home has bicycles, beach equipment, coolers and even an ice machine! We will 100% be booking this home for future Fripp vacations. We cannot say enough positive things about this home and its owners! Thank you for allowing us to experience the beauty of your home!

Amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped and owner thought of everything, easy to make meals for a group. We really loved the patio area when it rained and our gator visitor, named Sheldon. The owner was very communicative. We will definitely be back!

I planned this vacation as a way to get my three adult sons together. We love Fripp! The house met our needs perfectly. Sherri was so attentive and even checked in on us to make sure we were doing good. When I had questions she was quick to respond. The house is beautiful, clean, and professionally decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch for the afternoon pop up showers. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It was a quick golf cart ride to the beach, with the closest access point being away from the main island crowd. I would definitely stay here again! It was a nice comfortable getaway for me and my family.

We have been coming to Fripp for over 30 years and have stayed in numerous homes scattered all around the island. Most of them were not as advertised. That was not the case this trip. This house far exceeded all of our expectations. You can see the pride the owners take as soon as you walk in the door. It is in like new condition, beautifully decorated and is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in at Fripp! We will definitely be returning in the years to come.

Beautiful home! Communication was excellent

Owners were helpful, responsive, and welcoming! The house was perfectly described and nicely decorated for a beach theme. There was a neighborhood pool very close to the house which was quiet and well kept! Water temp- wonderfully warm! Although not Hugh in area, the floor plan was well designed. 3 b/d & 3 baths, Spacious kitchen and finally a screened in porch with 4 rocking chairs. Perfect for watching the world go round and quiet conversations! Big TV ‘s in every bedroom Perfect for a family vacations with a master Suite, then two smaller b/d’s with a Queen bed in each. Fripp Island should be on everyone’s check list! This house is new and One that tops our list. Return to Fripp with adult children for summer vacation!

Not only was this a beautiful and functional house, this was the most cleanest property my family has ever stayed. The host was easily accessible to communicate with. My family had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this and look forward to coming back.

This house was adorable, with very comfortable sleeping conditions, had everything we needed, and was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Fripp is a perfect getaway, and I could not have been happier with this house or the hosts! Wonderful communication as well!
