Oceanfront Villa-pool/pier, fishing, amazing 2nd floor view!

We had a great visit to Isle Of Palms. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Clean with great amenities. Good location, close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. We were there off season, so it was very peaceful and quiet (it might be a bit noisy during peak season). You do have to lug your bags up some stairs to the unit, so just be aware of that. Glenn (owner) was very good communicator and everything was exactly as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic property. Tons of little personal touches, tons of extra unexpected items in the room like candy, beach toys and umbrella, and board games. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great little place for a long weekend getaway with the wife. Enjoyed having a short walk on to the beach and being in close proximity to some good eating spots on IOP. Comfortable living room area and a nice ocean view from the balcony. Nice convenience of beach chairs provided. Glenn was very responsive to messages provided all necessary info prior to checking in. This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. It had everything we needed for this trip. Very close to the beach for morning runs, swimming and beach combing. The pool was clean and warm.

My family had the best stay at Glenn's condo. It's the perfect location on IOP, steps from the beach and has everything you'll need right at the condo! It's also super clean and smells great when you walk in...my 7 year old son enjoyed the built in bunk. Thanks so much for a great stay Glenn!

1st time staying at IOP we usually are in and around the Charleston area and wanted a new location for the 4th. Glenn’s place was perfection with young kids. Right on the beach and pool access for day and night swims ( bonus for our kiddos). Walkable to spots and most importantly the condo was clean and had so many extra things things that if I forgot something it’s was already provided. Loved being able to watch fireworks right off the balcony also! We will be back for sure! Thanks for sharing your place!!

Great place and view of ocean. Glenn very accommodating. Beach a bit crowded so be prepared.
