Ocean view with private pool

We had a fantastic stay! The view is superb. Location was great. Easy to walk down to playa hermosa. Kids enjoyed the private pool as well as the waterslides and mini golf at the complex pool. Property manager was easy to work with. We would stay again!!

Excellent home in Playa Hermosa! Owen's place was a nice home away from home during our stay in Costa Rica. The home was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had pots and pans and some seasonings for us to cook with and beach towels and chairs for us to bring on beach days. Our host Corby was also excellent and so responsive! She even got us a discount as part of their property management when we did our zip lining tour with Diamante; which we highly recommend! Our kids, 10 and 11 years old, loved the pool and went in it everyday. The property also had a community pool with 2 smallslides and mini golf. The mini golf could use a little cleaning and upgrade, but we made the best of it. Location is great just a short drive or some walking to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend the little soda restaurant nearby by the mini market. The owner was so I kind and the nachos were yummy! Lastly the view from the home during sunsets were beautiful! Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Playa Hermosa.

The house was great! It is located in a safe little village of Hermosa Heights. We walked to the beach a couple of times and are at the local restaurants. The walk up the hill can be exhausting if you are not used to that type od terrain. The house has somw many comforts of home and the view is what made the choice for us. We enjoyed the pool every day and watched the sunsets from it every evening. Coco beach is 10 mins away and has more options as far as shops, food, nightlife. Easy to get to by car. Loved everything about our trip! Great place to stay!!!

We had a great time in Playa Hermosa at this charming and perfectly situated home. The house was the perfect size for our family, allowing plenty of time together, but also allowing us to do our own thing in our own space. Having the private pool was a game changer and was how we spent our first and last day in Costa Ria - lounging and relaxing. The views were a great way to start and end the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The infinity pool overlooking the valley is excellent. The unit was in a good location in the secure community, and there was clearly pride of ownership. The amenities (such as shared pool and movie theater are a bonus. Two thumbs up.

We enjoyed staying at the villa. The listing photos don’t do the view justice. We enjoyed the binoculars to look at the birds and monkeys. We enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the deck. We also enjoyed the community pool, mini golf and water slides. The home was supplied with everything you could want to cook at home. Would definitely return!

Great location and amazing view! This is our second time staying at this property and we love it. The pool is fantastic on hot Playa Hermosa days.

We just finished our stay at Villa Pedro. It was just as described - met and exceeded expectations. A very comfortable place for our family to stay, central for travelling to various activities. The home had all of the amenities needed. Loved the view of the ocean! Loved the in private pool. The pool in the complex was closed for renovation at the time of our stay, but this was not a problem because of the private pool and the beaches. There is a small grocery store at the base of the vacation-home complex (or bigger ones in nearby Playa Coco) and nearby restaurants for going out. The beach nearby was lovely and options to easily travel to other beaches along the coast. The local beach was within walking distance, though preferred to drive due to the hills! Such a great vacation! Sorry to leave!
