Ocean View Villa + Private Pool and Lush Gardens

AC Just in bedrooms It was extremely hot and didn’t get to fully enjoy the house. The pool was wonderful and the care of the groundskeeper was professional. There were so many ants in the kitchen and bugs.The beds were very comfortable but unfortunately we will not return unless air conditioning in the living area is added.Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the Villa the pool was great and the house was in very good condition, Sando and Eva were very good hosts and kept the pool clean and in good working order. The taxi service past the house was very convient so very little waiting to head into town amazing wildlife on the property. Joe from MyHuatulco was very helpful for our stay and all of the people we met from Myhuatulco at the house did a fine job of looking after the property, a few small item that we noticed are the pool area could use a few more lounge chairs and there was at times a bit of a sewer gas smell in the masterbed room bathroom at times.

We loved the property everything was great the view, the pool, the neighborhood and everything that came with it. The only thing that we would've liked is to be a little more well kept. The cleanness wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Other than that everything was great.

Very clean and spacious for the four of us (wife and 2 teenage kids), with separate bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms, plus a large kitchen and lounge. Also a 15m swimming pool which was always kept clean by Mr Rochendo - a very lovely, kind and attentive man. With very close access to the nearby beach and the town centre approx 5 min drive away, this was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and area - with many dips into the pool when it got hot. The area was quiet and everyone was very friendly.The My Huatulco team were truly excellent, super friendly and very attentive with any request responded and acted on very quickly.I would highly recommend this villa and the Huatulco team and give a full 5 star rating.

The place is good but no AC in kitchen and no AC in living room. I was very disappointed cause I asked the rental agency and they said it had ac. You must turn off all exterior lights at night or you will be swarmed with bugs. Also the front door needs weather strip cause bugs come inside like crazy. The guest bedroom also needs a weather strip at door cause bugs will come in. I used towels to prevent bugs to come in. By the way the rental agency informed me the day of arrival that the pool guy lives on property. He is a nice man and the pool is super clean but I felt like it was an invasion of my privacy.

Villa anka was a beautiful location a short walk to arrocito beach, property was very well maintained by Mr Rosendo whom did an excellent job at keeping the pool cleans and the gardens tended to super nice and attentive
