Ocean View Penthouse with Rooftop Terrace

An amazing Beach front and place !!!

Absolutely amazing!

We didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a home away from home and we loved the simplicity of access to pools and beach. We could have used a tiny more help accessing cab service as we didn’t have a car but getting into town was quick once we had a driver.

Stunning views of sunrise and ocean. It did not disappoint. We booked the chef “arrival package” (dinner, breakfast and lunch) and it was great.

This was our second property rental for the same holiday as we decided to extend our trip and treat ourselves to a luxury villa for our last week in paradise. We stay 5 weeks in total in HuatulcoAmanecer is a new property that is still being built but it is an amazing property. A3 being a penthouse gives you amazing views from all 3 terraces PLUS the rooftop terrace is spectacular. Everything overlooks Arrocito beach and the beautiful bay right in front of you. The accommodations are very luxurious, with a very large living space with 2 separate sitting areas (one with a large screen TV). A double screen door opens up to a terrace and a sectional sofa to enjoy living outside. We ate every meal on this terrace. The master bedroom is huge with it's own terrace as well with 3 large closets, large sink and double shower which opens up if you like to shower outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will needThe finishes are all high end and all rooms have air conditioners. The property has one small pool and a brand new infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Stand at the pools edge and enjoy breath taking views. There are steps right beside the property which allows you access to the beach. There is a world class restaurant a 5 min walk down the road called OCEANS in the resort next door (Cosmos) If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday and be pampered with luxury, then this is the place for you
