Please note: A minimum 5-night stay is required, and all guests must be 18 years of age or older.

Both suites have access to a private terrace and include ensuite bathrooms with large vanities and indoor/outdoor showers. A third full bathroom with shower is conveniently located off the main living area.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote.
