Beautiful views. Great place to unplug from it all. There are steps as previously mentioned but the pool makes it worth it.

The townhouse is much bigger than we expected. We loved sitting out on the deck, grilling our fresh seafood, and swimming in the pool. There are a lot of steps to climb, so be sure to prepare yourself for that. I think I counted around 150 steps from the road up to the unit. It's a lot if you aren't used to the heat and humidity! We climbed them a lot because we walked to town a couple of times a day. Town is just a 10-15 minute walk. There are a few restaurants near the bottom of the steps that are just wonderful. And the coffee shop at the top of the stairs is fabulous and convenient. We visited the nearby Worldmark for breakfast a couple of times and cannot recommend them enough. Great prices, delicious food, and outstanding service. The air conditioning kept the bedrooms cool and minimized any outside noise (mostly some loud birds or a barking dog). The rest of the townhouse is not air conditioned, but that didn't bother us at all, and we were mostly outside on the deck. The pool is so wonderful. We used it every day. It's shared with one neighboring townhouse, and the people there were terrific. We hardly saw them, but when they were there, we enjoyed talking with them. We couldn't figure out the many non-working switches for fans and lights. But, otherwise, the place worked out well for us. We will not soon forget watching the sun rise over the bay while we drank our coffees on the deck. Highly recommended!

We traveled to Zihua with three other couples for our 25th wedding anniversary and this was a perfect place for our 10 day stay. The listing pics are very accurate and the reviews of all of the stairs are also 100% accurate. But, if you’re in any shape at all, the location is perfect for a 15 minute walk into town. We did have neighbors for most of our trip but they were out when we were in, so we rarely saw them. There are also several small bars and restaurants along the walk to town if you choose to stroll in and enjoy. We did lose power for 24 hours due to some construction near by, but no fault to the property owner and they were helpful and attentive for anything we needed. There is a little breakfast spot right next door and “John” is a wonderful host and a close option for coffee and a delicious morning breakfast. Zihua is a sleepy little spot compared to Cabo or PV and we really appreciated that. We have other friends who live there in the winter and they were able to show us all around and give us tours of every inch of the bay. Very different experiences and we were very glad we saw them all. For a little get away out of town, we enjoyed a couple of days at the Puerta Paraiso beach club just south of town. A taxi can take you there cheap and it’s an absolute gem for a quiet day on the beach. We will be back!

Beautiful views, nice pool, not in location we expected. Short walk to the pier but you do need to descend over 100 steps and ascend them after returning. Attendant was very pleasant and eager to help. Lower part of condo did not have a/c so it was quite warm.

Advertised as air conditioned but only the bedrooms have A/C. The rest of the house was hot. The frost two days, one of the bedrooms was not air conditioned. Bathrooms smell bad. Strong sewer gases smelt in two of the three bathrooms. Shampoo and body wash was not available. Bring your own. The view is beautiful and the location was good for downtown / pier area. Some nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Despite some of the bad, we loved our time in Zihua.

We had a great time at this spot! It fit our group of 6 perfectly, the pool was clean and amazing, it has great views, quick walk to town. The only thing to note was that on the listing it shows it is on the other side of town, but the location ended up being great for us. Jose was super communicative the whole trip. Will absolutely stay here again.

Property is very run down and needs considerable updating. Washing machine went off balance with even the smallest loads and neighbors told us its been like that for 4 years, back when they used to stay in the suite. Many lights burnt out, pillows were absolutley disgusting once we took off the cases to wash them mid stay. Many outside chairs broken and cushions were ripped up beyond repair. No TV when we arrived and when it was delivered we were made to set it up. Terrible smells in the bathroom and the suite at times (sewer gases?) so we bought air freshner which helped. Note that the site says air conditoning however there is no air conditoning in the main living area - bedrooms only. Had to really push to get a blanket for one of the bedrooms (top sheet only) and was told they don't offer them because then guests will then use the air condtioning. The living area was terribly hot and uncomfortable. The kitchen was poorly supplied, e.g. not one wine glass, all plastic and cheap glassware. Lastly the hot water, was either scorching or non existent. Pros: spacious, incredible views, pool was clean. On a combi bus route. Property manager was nice and responsive, replacing things when asked. In my opinion this property has great potential, if the updates were done it would be worth the asking price.

This house is awesome in so many ways ! The house itself is really well built and maintained, the view is stunning, the amenities are complete, super clean. Don't worry, when you first arrive you may think..oh jeez, all these steps but after a few days you'll learn to appreciate the 12 min walk into town and live the neighborhood. I'll do it again. And the manager Amato, is really great !
