The Most Breathtaking View Is From This Large Penthouse

Second time staying here. We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely penthouse. Used our private pool every day. Pictures are accurate, property grounds are beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. View is outstanding. We hope to return soon.

The apartment is spacious,comfortable and very well looked after.The kitchen is well equiped and has everthing you need to cook a good meal.Strong internet signal always a bonus.The inhouse pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the complex has 2 aditional pools with great views.We walked to the beach everyday (downhill) and took a taxi back (uphill) . Easy.Above all the communication and support Almendra offered us was incredible.

Exceeded our high expectations. We are hoping to return next January.t

WOW. WOW. WOW. This penthouse is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and it’s a wonderful way to start and end your days. Easy to get taxi service if you do not want to do the walk down. I would recommend everyone to stay here. We can’t wait to return

Stayed in zihau at the Penthouse with two additional couples. Had a wonderful time. Great communication and greeted upon arrival by property manager. Whenever we had a question or needed anything it was provided very quickly. Can’t beat the impressive view. Will definitely book again on next trip to zihau.

This property is exactly as described, maybe even better. The space is beautiful, the plunge pool and view are amazing. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed, and more! The kitchen has everything you would ever need. We prepared 3 of our own meals and had everything, including an outdoor BBQ/grill which can be hard to find. Bedrooms, bathrooms all perfect. The condo facilities are also beautiful and well maintained. It’s a mixture of permanent owners and vacation renters but everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the 2 common pools.Rick was quick to respond with valuable advice and Almendra was so helpful in getting groceries to start our stay, organized Kelly to prepare 2 traditional meals in the condo, and was available for anything we needed. Yes, the walk to the beach is a walk, but it’s not as bad as we expected based on reviews. We walked it there and back everyday. Could Grandma do it? No, but we are an active family ages 22-53. We had a couple nice meals out at the Resto’s nearby, don’t worry about stepping out and trying places close by. It was also an easy cab into Zihua Centro for more restos, market and the Soriano grocery store. We really loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Rick and Almendra!

We had a phenomenal vacation. The place is beautiful, view is incomparable and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked (important for us as we need to cook all our meals). Rick and his team (Almendra, Veronica) are amazing. Communication was easy and they all responded to our questions and needs quickly. The place gets a 10 :)

This condo was incredible. Hands down, the best place I have ever stayed in Mexico. Four of us, girls trip, stayed for 7 days. The manager met us to let us in, helped us find taxis, answered when we needed more water and gave us excellent advice through our trip. The condo is beautiful, clean, the art is perfect and the view is outstanding. It is about $7.00 taxi to the center of Zihuatanejo. The condo is walking distance to La Ropa. I can’t say enough good about this VRBO.

This is truly a spectacular property. We've stayed at La Casa Que Ve al Mar before. It's a special property that is impeccably maintained, with lush gardens and a friendly, helpful staff. But staying in the penthouse is really over the top. Terrific outdoor living and the views are just incredible. There's plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Because we either walked to the beach or took the minibus to town (13 pesos one way!), we almost always had to walk up the hill (good for working off the margaritas, of course!). So we really appreciated the little pool on the balcony to cool off after that hike. There was a bit of a hiccup when the electricity went off. Rick was totally on it. As it turns out, the entire La Ropa area had an issue, but it was fixed quite quickly. Probably faster than PG&E would have done the repair. I could not have asked for better communication. Gracias, Rick. We really can't wait to return.

We all enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again. No complaints about anything at all!
