Newly Listed Marvelous Jungle Oasis with Ocean Views

This is a lovely home! We had an amazing stay with our kids and grandkids. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the pool is a perfect temperature. My grandsons had a blast playing in the pool. One evening a troop of monkeys came through the property and entertained us. The driveway is steep and a 4th wheel drive vehicle is necessary for this location.

This home is beautiful and it is a great value. We enjoyed the infinity pool and beautiful view. There is a family of toucans that live in the tree close to the driveway. Also, capuchin would visit. There are a lot of critters, (bats, frogs, huge insects, and a friendly dog) that our kiddos loved seeing).The only hard thing about this home that I really want other families to be aware of is that the layout has each of the bedrooms disconnected from one another. The main living area is one building and has a bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen has all you need. The master bedroom is a separate building upstairs. You walk up a steep flight of stairs to access it. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view. The two guest bedrooms are separate buildings downstairs far away from one another. One is located on the left side of the living room building and the other on the right. We did not understand this when we booked, and had we known, we wouldn't have booked the home. I think this setup is awesome for couples or a family with adult children. However, our kids are younger (5,8,10,12) and we did not feel comfortable in another country in a remote setting (it is located way up in the mountains & you need 4 wheel drive) to have our young kids sleeping so far away from us. So we ended up all having to stay in one bedroom, which was less than ideal. For the right family, it would be amazing. Please just understand the sleeping situation if you have younger kids!

Staying here was amazing, we felt safe, easy to find, and support from the property management company was easy and quick. Pool and views were spectacular.Wifi connection was in and out and power bumps every now and then. Jungle living.Monkeys, toucans, lizards, and local dogs all frequently seen from the house. Beds and rooms were all comfy and air conditioned

We absolutely adored our time here. The three separate sleeping spaces gave our adult children and us privacy. Every day, we came home at around 4:00 to cool off in the pool, and every morning, we sat and listened to the birds and stared at the glorious view, coffee in hand. We only stayed 4 nights but would have loved to stay longer.

Our family of 6 (plus friend) had a wonderful stay at this well setup home. We saw toucans and other birds every day, and a family of monkeys on the last day of our stay ! There is great indoor and outdoor space for hanging out. We loved watching the sunset (and a cool lightning storm one evening) over the water, and the pool was beautifully situated and refreshing. the pictures do not do the home and view justice. The concierge service was excellent. Oskar reached out to us months beforehand and sent information that helped us organize our stay. He was very responsive and helped us set up activities for our family even last minute. One thing to note: the house is located up a very steep road, so if you are driving make sure you get a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

We’ve been to the Dominical area several times and took a chance on this new property. The house was great for the two of us, and would work well for three couples or a family. Each bedroom suite has its own entrance and en suite bath, so privacy isn’t an issue. The property was clean and well stocked, and quite comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again
