BEACHFRONTGEM perfect for large family gatherings and friend reunions

My wife and I hosted a 4-night creativity, art and music, retreat at this amazing place and it worked perfectly. We were 14 people (we rented this full villa and the 'owner's villa' next to it.) The location is breathtaking. Literally steps from a beautiful beach that we more or less had to ourselves. The ocean here is perfect for swimming and splashing around. We had visits from Capuchin monkeys, a sloth, and many beautiful birds and iguanas. The rooms are amazing and all our guest were very happy with the accommodations. The upstairs master bedroom is incredible. We hired Karla to make our lunches and dinners and her cooking was delicious and varied with lots of local fruits, vegetables and flavors. We worked with her to create the menu and it exceeded expectations. The villa is close to a little store that is well stocked for most anything. We also worked with Flory to coordinated transportation and scheduling and she is a joy to work with. The owners were very responsive as well. This is a fantastic place to stay and we hope to be back!

We chose this property originally because it had wheelchair access and it was large enough to handle our large family group of 4 generations. Little did I know just how amazing the property, the owners and especially how amazing Flory our concierge was! This was a very special trip as my father is battling end stage colon cancer and we wanted to celebrate his life with what he called his Going away Party. Flory contacted me immediately once the reservation was made and was so communicative throughout the entire process. She set up surf lessons, horseback riding and fishing where 7 Sail Fish were caught! She also had a chef prepare some amazing food for some dinners as well as a birthday breakfast for my grandson's 16th birthday. The house and Villas are beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! The view from the bedrooms could not have been more serene and we did have a visit from some monkeys, iguanas and our favorite, sloths. Jacson was a master at finding the sloths and always let us know where they moved to. Perry and Paola, the owners, are the nicest people and so humble. We were so fortunate to have met them when we were there. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience and my father was so appreciative of the care everyone took to ensure his last trip on this earth was a great one. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Costa Rica!

Flory was an awesome host, she set up everything in advance that we requested and all of her recommendations were spot on! We had a group of 13 people, the house was set up perfect for the group and I highly recommend having dinner cooked at the villa, the chef was amazing and they made you feel like you were at a restaurant (again set up by Flory)!

We were delighted with the place. Flori and Jacson were very helpful, and the property is beautiful and very comfortable for families or large groups.

The Host was awesome, great lady and very helpful and friendly. Amenities were great. My family loved and our memories we did are priceless. We definitely recommend this beautiful home and definitely we are going back.

Great house, great location on the beach. The location is both quiet and beautiful and close to town and restaurnats. We had kids teens and adults and the layout was perfect for the families and kids. House manager was great to communicate with and we had 2 meals a day and those were great! Loved it all would totally recommend! Thank you for having us!!

The house was nicely located and comfortable. The beach was convenient and mostly clean very little trash. The adventures were reasonably close....fishing, whitewater and atv jungle tours. All the family had a great time. Flori and her group were a pleasure to be around and did a fabulous job putting together excursions and meals. Great overall family experience for all age groups.

The house is absolutely beautiful. The view of the ocean is amazing. We really felt like we had a private villa on a private beach. We were a big group. 10 adults and 3 children. Each little family had their own room and connected bathroom. The pool area and kitchen brought everyone together while the rooms gave us our space and privacy at night. We loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed the best sunsets every night. We saw iguanas, sloths, macaws and butterflies during our stay. Jackson, who takes care of the outside property, cut us down some coconuts which was an extra treat. We highly recommend this home and would stay here again!

Excellent property. Spacious, clean. Enjoyed the pool yet also being close to the beach. Staff was very accomadation!

First off… the house is incredible and such a perfect layout for families or groups. The rooms are clean and each is separated just enough while still leaving space to hang out. It is so beautiful! All of the amenities you could need and then some. The laundry room, the kitchen and the outdoor kitchen are fully stocked and have beautiful appliances. Flori is so accommodating and helpful! Be sure to ask about her brothers surf lessons!! He was great! The beach is by far the best beach anywhere in Jaco, Quepos, Manuel Antonio or any near by location we visited. We kept going “back home” to whale watch right from our very own beach, watch the stingrays play in the waves, enjoy the baby monkeys in the trees, hunt for sloth sightings surround the entire villa, watching dolphin pods swim by,or just surf and boogie board the perfect set of waves rolling in. Low tide is amazing, high tide is great, the water is warm and clean, the sand is black and soft. I could go on…. Do not hesitate.

This beach house could not have been any better. We had sloths, monkeys, iguanas, lizards, tortoises and many types of birds right at our back door. The beach was beautiful. The local dogs were so fun to play with. The house was so clean. The beds were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 washer and dryers. We had Flori make us breakfast every morning and she was a highlight of the trip. So friendly and accommodating. We had Koko make us dinner a couple of nights and he was just as amazing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Paolo for making a beautiful home and sharing it with us.
