Newly Listed Bluff Villa with Creek and Golf Course Views

This villa was amazing, easy access to the club! We really enjoyed it.

Great quiet location with. beautiful view of salt marshes, close to clubhouse and pool, great walking area, golf is fantastic, club members very friendly, Highly recommend, only suggestion is to upgrade living room furniture with something nicer and more comfortable, the morning and evening. views are beautiful clubhouse restaurant excellent for dinner or lunch

This is a lovely home and a terrific location. We have family on Dataw and were visiting for a Celebration of Life for a VERY active member of the community there. Once we made the reservation, we started getting emails

This was our 2nd stay in this Villa. It is always impecable at check in. It is located in a great area. The Management Co (Tide Water Management) is great to work with.

We really enjoyed this two-bedroom condo. It was clean, quiet and perfect for the three of us. Plus the view was so peaceful and pretty. The only hiccup was getting into the condo. We didn't receive our e-mail notification ahead of time providing us with the code to the condo's lock. It has happened before with this particular management group, but they were immediately responsive when I called. The condo is super close to the clubhouse, pool and driving range. We literally walked our clubs over when we played the course there, which is gorgeous. Thanks for a great time in Dataw!

Clean, all appliances worked, tastefully decorated, located near the club and pool - nothing to complain about.
