Stayed Feb 15, 2025We were there for ski holiday, the Milenium express is 12 min. Drive. The house is super clean and comfy the kitchen is fully equiped. Highly recommended!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We'll be back again for 100%. Modern, stylish, very well equiped - everything you need is there or even more... Very friendly and communicative owners. I really can't add anything more because the earlier review of Peter U. actually covers everything what I think about the house. Useful information : 10 minutes by car to Nassfeld ski resort, 25 to Hermagor, roads are cleaned very well during snowfall, house is warm - floor heating is working well keeping constant temperature you set on thermostats. Best choice so far....

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have rented 30+ houses in Austria over the years and this has been by far the best property we have ever rented, including properties at twice the rental price. The property is stylish, spotless and equipped with everything you could wish for. The location is overlooking the village with extensive views of the mountains and up the Gailtal but is within 5 minutes walk to the centre of the village. There is nothing better than after a good days walking relaxing on the patio having your evening meal gazing at the magnificent scenery. The village has a small supermarket (ADEG) and a couple of restaurants but really it's a very small quiet village. If you are looking for nightlife and lots of action its not for you but if you want to relax and get away from it then its perfect. There are plenty of walks to do from the village, but being central in the valley, access to many other walks and the mountain lift up to Nassfeld are short drives away as are the lakes at Hermagor and Weisensee. You can easily get to Italy very quickly by car via the passes at Nassfeld or Kotschach Mauthen. A car is really essential but if you want a break from the car you can take the train (from Kirchbach station 10 Mins walk away) to stations on the line from Kotschach to Villach or you can catch a bus. The house owners are brilliant, very easy to deal with, friendly and are exceptionally well organised. All the info you need about the house and local services is provided. Can't recommend it highly enough.
