Casa Tranquilidad is a luxury holiday home, located in beautiful Andalusia.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. A baby cot, a high chair and toys are also available. Tranquilidad is entirely ground floor, has a spacious living room and a kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware. There are four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The bathrooms have a bath and / or shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Around the house is a large terrace with a dining table for at least 8 people and a wonderful lounge set with a sea view.
A level lower than the house is the swimming pool (9x3.5 m), also here is a spacious terrace. There are sun beds, umbrellas and two comfortable chairs. A wonderful place to spend your day.

There is a 47-inch LED TV with Dutch television and radio via Canal Digital. There is a Bose321 sound system with a number of good films on DVD and CDs, which may be used. Air conditioning is available and in the winter months one can use the wood stove.

Tranquilidad has 4 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with bath and / or shower, toilet, bidet, sink, floor heating and towel heating. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioners, which provide cooling in the summer and serve as heating in the winter.

The kitchen is spacious with a cozy round dining table, suitable for 8 people and of course equipped with all appliances such as: hob, oven, (large) fridge and freezer. Kitchenware and small appliances such as toaster, coffee machine, deep fryer, orange press, spoons, pans, etc. can of course also be found. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer.


Around the house is a large terrace of approx. 85 m2 with a lovely seating area with nice couches and chairs at the front. A perfect place to enjoy the sunset with a good glass of wine in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening. A large dining table is of course also outside where you can have a nice breakfast in the morning and / or where you can have a nice dinner. A (gas) barbecue is ready for use. Don't forget to enjoy the view in these places.

A level lower than the house is the swimming pool (9m by 3.5m), with a spacious terrace of approximately 75m2. There are of course sun beds, umbrellas and a number of comfortable chairs. A great place to spend your day in the sun with a nice book or for the kids to play all day.

The terrace upstairs around the house can be closed, so that children cannot go to the pool unseen. This makes it a safe environment for children too. In addition to safety, it is also nice not to have to constantly look at a swimming pool at times when you no longer feel like swimming, although it is certainly worth a look in the evening, with the lights on.

Casa Tranquilidad is located in Andalusia, southern Spain, 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, about 20 minutes from the coast and 5 minutes from the village of Arenas. The house has its name (Tranquilidad = rest) due to its location, right in the 'Spanish Campo' or Arenas. Campo literally translated: field, field. It was built in the mountains (private land approx. 2600 m2) with stunning views over the mountains, the valley and the sea ... an oasis of calm.

The house is suitable for up to 8 persons and 2 babies / toddlers up to 2 years. A cot, highchair and toys are provided. It's the ideal place for young and old, for those who are looking for a nice place to recharge your batteries and enjoy all the comfort and amenities of home.
