Luxury Residence Queen of Dubrovnik

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a very special house with a special charm. We felt like in a fairy tale. The service was excellent. We even received a free laundry service. Dubrovnik's old town is beautiful and striking. Very recommendable to visit.

We spent a wonderful week in the unique residence queen of Dubrovnik. It has a spirit of the past and brings everything you need in modern life. Very tastefully furnished with designer furniture all over the house. Villa manager Ivan provided us with top class service!

The home is superbly maintained and tastefully decorated. The pool and jacuzzi were great and super clean. We were 4 couples and the villa fitted us perfectly. We had our own private space and a lot of spaces for hanging out together. The villa is walking distance to the center of the old town which was really great.

Heaven! This hidden gem is just perfect! Everything you could ever want for. The location of the villa this great and within walking distance to the old city. The villa is huge, clean, cozy and the pool and jacuzzi just make it perfect. The host was also very helpful.

Our expectations were blown away at the moment we walked in the villa and after the tour the friendly host gave us. The villa is way much better in reality than on photos and our overall experience was amazing.

When I first booked this property, I cringed slightly because it was a bit over our intended budget. However, it was worth every penny. The home is beautiful and kept very clean by their daily maid service. The accommodations were perfect for us. Our party was two couples plus our 22-year-old son and 17 year old daughter. We chose the master suite which is a large living area, dining area, bedroom and bath with tons of closet and storage space all closed off by a door for privacy. Our friends took the first ensuite bedroom on the next floor up which has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Our daughter took the ensuite bedroom on the same level. Our son took the very cool attic room that you access through spiral stairs that also has an ensuite bathroom. With such a mixed crowd, it worked out perfectly that everyone had their own private space. The air conditioning units in each room worked very well. Unfortunately, it was so hot that no one utilized the sauna, the deep claw foot tub or the hot tub outside. The poo was well used and a welcome amenity after hot days of sightseeing.

It's been three weeks since we are back and we are still talking about this villa! We all love so much this beautiful villa and the staff was great too. The views were stunning across most rooms and you are a couple of minutes on foot from the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. The villa is stylish and chic, traditional architecture with modern and luxe amenities and the most comfortable beds we ever slept comparing to many holiday homes we stayed in over the years.

We had an amazing stay at villa Dubrovnik. The facilities were great, our host was very thoughtful and provided everything we required. A perfect place to relax, enjoy the views and restaurants that Dubrovnik has to offer. Would love to stay here again!

We were 12 people group and this villa is plenty large enough for us all with the most beautiful view of the old town, ocean and Lokrum island. It was cleaned daily and we received a welcome basket upon arrival, it was a nice touch. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for upscale accommodation in Dubrovnik.

This beautiful villa is perfectly well located, with spectacular views. It has everything anyone could possibly need for an amazing holiday The staff is great and the view is magical! The hot tub was an amazing addition we used almost every other day. I highly recommend this amazing villa! The service we experienced was top notch! Thank you!
