Luxury Villa Hedona with Heated Pool

The villa is 10/10. Way exceeded any expectations. Service was top notch. Highly recommend.

At the airport, we were picked up by a private driver and transported to the villa and so began our vacation. The villa is perfect and offers great opportunities for relaxation. It looks better than the website. It is fully equipped and adapted to enjoyment. Very peaceful surroundings and having a beach just a few steps away was really amazing. Dubrovnik's old town looks like a place from fairy tales. We had a guided tour with a knowledgable and friendly guide Mrs. Lada who shared with us lots of interesting facts about Dubrovnik.

We have been coming to Dubrovnik for years and this was the first time we stayed in a private villa. We felt like we had a hotel for ourselves! Our host was really friendly and always available. Smiljana from the concierge arranged for ous private boat tour to Bowa bar which was an amazing experience. All the staff we were in communication was friendly and professional. What I appreciate the most is the almost instant answers to any of our questions.

We thank you honestly for the great hospitality! Unique vacation rental villa, first-class service. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool enjoyed the comfort.

The villa we rented in Dubrovnik was spectacular. The location could not be better; a wonderful view, very close to the walled city and other places of interest.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is perfect. We were a family of 5 plus in laws and grandparents. Everyone had a nice spacious room. The facilities were great, a smaller kitchen for everyday cooking and a much bigger outside attached kitchen for bigger dinners. The furniture was elegant, and the whole villa was well-appointed. There was a washing room, two of the rooms had en-suite bathrooms. There were outside tables and starting areas everywhere, ensuring that you had comfortable seating in whatever part of the grounds had shade during the day. The pool was clean, the villa was serviced frequently by friendly staff. There was loads of crockery and cutlery. The air-conditioning was good and worked.The beach was literally a stone's throw, though get down there before 09.30 to reserve a place on the beach!

Great place - will be an amazing stay for you without a doubt. Bathrooms were pristine and very nice and the pool is great to have as well. We spent a lot of time under the veranda just having drinks and food in the evenings. Probably a place better for relaxing and hanging out at a lot rather than using as a means for exploring Dubrovnik. Truly spectacular place though. If money is no object, without question book it.

If you are looking for an experience of a lifetime in Dubrovnik then look no further. A beautiful home that has been built with great taste. An excellent host, communicating in advance and being there to walk us through all the facilities on offer. The pictures don't do justice to what you see with your eyes.

This apartment is amazing, clean and has a fantastic view overlooking the old city with a welcoming pool to relax in and cool down after a walk around the city walls and meandering streets.... You will not be disappointed, the hosts are so helpful and are happy to arrange anything from airport transfers to activities to suit your needs.
