Luxury Modern Two En Suite Bedroom Villa With Private Pool. Close To Town.

Pembe Ev villa is just perfection. The location is fantastic for walking into town where there are so many fabulous restaurants.Bridget is so lovely and an excellent host. She obviously takes great pride in the villa and her attention to detail is to be commended. Bridget replies quickly to answer any questions before the trip and has a very informative booklet with interesting facts and full instructions for the villa. The fresh water delivery is very efficient and a must on the hot August days.The view from the upstairs terrace is just breathtaking and a wonderful place to have evening drinks. We absolutely loved our time at Pembe Ev and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Bridget for a fantastic holiday.

Perfect in every wayPembe Eve is a spacious, immaculate villa with every detail well thought out. The outdoor space is excellent, at every level of the villa no matter the time of day you can have sun or shade. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned every morning and the mid stay clean was thorough. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and both showers were powerful, excellent storage/hanging space too. The roof terrace is amazing, you get a breeze by day and at night after enjoying a lovely meal at one of the many super restaurants it’s a beautiful spot looking out over the sea with a nightcap. The fridge at this level is very handy too. Communication with Bridget was very good as was the only time we needed to contact Mrs Vildan the property manager for water replacement. I broke a bone in my foot a few weeks before we arrived so the plentiful taxis were a bonus; they would happily come to the villa and drop off for a very reasonable price. This was our second visit to Kalkan, it’s a special place, too many restaurants to list but the standard is high everywhere. We will definitely return again and Pembe Eve would be our location of choice.

Five star all the way. Fabulous property and very clean. Not too far from Kallkan town which has beautiful restaurants with roof topped terraces and lots of lovely shopping. The view on the upstairs terrace was magnificent. Bridget was very helpful. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. We would definitely return.

We've just returned from a fantastic week's stay at Pembe Ev. Stunning views, quiet location, short walk into town and a villa which is a home from home. Bridget answered all our queries and provided an excellent guide to the villa and local area. Highly recommended. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful property and amenities, loved the water dispenser which we added fresh lemons from the tree outside for hydration during our stay. Fantastic location, not too far into town. Wonderful views from the terrace having breakfast.

We were sad to leave Kalkan and Pembe Ev. The perfect Villa for our needs and just like the photos. I loved the rooftop terrace and stunning view. My husband loved the shade provided close to the pool. Bridget was the perfect host. We received a PDF of villa instructions prior to arrival which was really useful. Detailed washing machine instructions a great bonus. Felt like home from home as everything you needed was in the villa or close to hand. Supermarket 5 minute walk. Only suggestion to improve would be a guest book where guests could recommend restaurants or trips as there are so many to choose from. May is a lovely time to visit as so many flowers in bloom. We will be back next year!

This week was a return to reality for us after a fantastic 2 week stay in Kalkan Turkey. Pembe Ev (Pink House) was fantastic - exactly what we needed for our family (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). The house is extremely well appointed - exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Positioned at the right distance out of town to make walking in easy (about 10 mins) but to ensure you are not disturbed by the night life. The view from the 'top-deck' is superb... we are definitely missing our morning coffee (and evening sundowners) looking at that stunning view! Communication with Bridget was fantastic - really helpful all the way through our holiday experience. We certainly intend to return to Kalkan and hopefully to Pembe Ev! Highly recommended!

The villa was everything described and more. The property itself was very clean and modern with great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were also great and had everything you'd need. The roof terrace was the jewel in the crown, somewhere to start the day with a coffee and finish in the late afternoon sun with a chilled drink. Location for shops was perfect, 2 great supermarkets with 5 mins walk from the villa. About 8-10 mins walk into town so we didn't end up using our car very much at all. Kalkan is stunning and would come back in a heartbeat. Finally, Bridget's communication, help and advice before and during our stay was fab. Couldn't have wished for more!

This is a very nice villa an easy walk to and from the old town. Bridget could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Good size pool and great roof terrace.
