Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Missing tiles in pool, broken concrete on lower pool area, very disorganized and dirty laundry room, no hot water in master suite 2 requests made to fix, rusted out fridge top, dirty cupboards in the kitchen, loose or wore out door latch on main door. Dirty stains on the exterior by the pool. A rats nest of cords by the phone. Outside kitchen chair about to come apart. Overall disappointing

The property description was very accurate and the villa was a beautiful place to spend our vacation. It was clean and well maintained, and overall the customer service from My Huatulco Vacation was very good. Our favourite amenities were the infinity pool at the villa and the pools at the Cala Club and the Loma Lounge, as well of course as the private beach for the Village. The food and beverage service at the Cala and the Loma was excellent. The only concern we had was that for the Chef's Suppers that we had ordered beforehand, the Chef did not seem to be aware of the menu items we had ordered for every supper. However, Rodrigo and the other staff of MHV responded well in resolving this situation. We were also surprised by how few other people were in the Village that week - it would have been nice to meet other owners and renters - but of course that is beyond the control of MHV. We would gladly recommend Villa Maroma and MHV to other relatives and friends.

Wonderful property. From the Villa, to the security, staff, property and location....simply the finest. Stayed with the family for a week and we can't wait to return.

The Villa was very clean and comfortable. All services of the resort were quite good. Would teturn in the future.

The space is comfortable, beautiful, and functional and the view is beyond amazing. The pictures are gorgeous but when you actually experience it in real life, it is even better. The whole experience of being at Montecito Beach Village was great! The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this space for an amazing vacation!
