I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location, property and friendly helpful staff! Only thing that could be better in the rainy season when there are lots of mosquitoes and heat is if the doors and windows were completely sealed to keep bugs out when closed and if there were AC in the top floor

Reviewer Comments: The villa was amazing and had many amenities such as gym & beach club. Everyday cleaning and facilities such as chef & massages at the villa erre a perfect plus. We GAD a problema with wifi & phone but was attended. All the staff amazing people

Reviewer Comments: My family and i spent 3 amazing days in Villa 12 Alhelí in Montecito, Huatulco. Hosts were extremely attentive. Beautiful Villa, and perfect location. Food was delicious in Cala Club. Great customer service. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful view in the incredible infinity pool at the top of the mountain. Sincerely enjoyed our stay in this Villa, i highly recommend it.

Reviewer Comments: extraordinario lugar el conjunto habitacional es un paraíso, al abrir las puertas de entrada a la villa alhelí tuve ante mí una de las mejores vistas jamas obtenidas en mi vida al tener ante mis ojos la inmensidad y hermosura del océano pacifico, y al iniciar el recorrido por la sala de la casa pude comprender la expresión mas exacta de la comodidad, a unos pasos la alberca infinita que se hace una con el océano las recámaras bellamente ordenadas que junto con el susurro del oleaje se alcanza la relajación necesaria para un bello sueño..... y la villa es eso, un bello sueño.

The villas are beautifully appointed and comfortable beyond words. The beach club has amazing food and service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to return to our favourite beach destination!❤️

As you see this property on line as breath taking as it is, it is even more in person. The property was stunning and beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. There was construction going on but it didn’t bother us at all. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Customer service was great, everyone was very kind and always there to help.The chef services were excellent, they really work well to fit what you want. The Cala and Loma lounge were good. We had valentines dinner on the beach (Cala) and I thought it was a little over priced for what we got. But other than that meal the food was good.The few things that were lacking was the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not working so it was quite hot at times, the toaster was broken and the place definitely needs a BBQ.
