This single-level,easy-to-access villa will be your home away from home in Hobart. Peacefully tucked away but within walking distance of all the action, this villa is an ideal all-season retreat for families or travelling friends. Six-star insulation keeps you nice and warm during Hobart’s cooler months.

A spacious open flow is drenched in natural light with large sliding doors that extend to a private balcony, offering elevated views of the Derwent, Kunanyi/ Mount Wellington and the city centre. A lounge suite invites you to sip your morning cuppa, while a dining set allows for alfresco meals under the sun. Back inside, a modern white kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up meals at home. A breakfast bar provides casual seating, with a proper dining area for more formal affairs.

The primary bedroom is set with a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite. A second bedroom is also set with a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, single bed and trundle—ideal for children and adults.     Spacious but not too big. Easy for wheelie walker person to move around in. Lovely view and the villa remained warm when it was cold outside. Parking area was a bit tricky to get into but we did have a bigger car. We would stay there again.

    The unit was a good size and in a great location. It was clean It had great appliances in the kitchen but no operating instructions and we found that difficult. And there were no frypans apart from an electric frypan. There was no bbq either which seems to be a standard these days and which we would have used given the lack of pans in the kitchen. Pantry doors were missing which seemed odd Otherwise it was comfortable and quiet

    This property is amazing-I am a fashion Agent who conducted appointments from the property-very spacious,modern,everything you need,lovely view,next to a school but not noisy at all Great parking and an easy walk to the sandy bay shops Will be rebooking for my next work trip in September have stayed in alot of Stayz properties in Hobart by far the best -finally found the perfect place

    New 3 bedroom unit with large living area and kitchen. Views of the harbor and Mt Wellington. Not quite walking distance to the main attractions but pretty close. Quiet area with very little traffic. It was school holidays though, and there is a school next door.
