Lazy Duck Villa Large stylish, high spec private villa with pool, close to shops

Great villa - comfortable and well located for the town but far enough out to be quiet. Pool and gardens good.

Villa was well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, water cooler was brilliant 19 litres was 50 lire! Pool is lovely but I am 5 ft 3 and was on tiptoes in the shallow end so maybe not suitable for young kids but was nice and large. 10 minutes walk to town so location perfect. Would stay there again

Superb! Everything plus much more besides! Extras on top of extras with probably the best location and views. Nothing is overlooked or missing from this wonderful place. What a perfect holiday destination!

The Lazy duck villa was a brilliant find! It was the best equipped villa we’ve ever stayed in with plenty of towels both indoor and pool, tonnes of cleaning products including dish washer tablets, washing powder/conditioner, toilet rolls, kitchen roll etc and loads of nice extras such as shower gels, soaps, shampoo etc for the bathrooms, even insect repellent and sun tan lotion ! Everything was clean and well maintained with a mid-week clean included in your stay. There was plenty of kitchen equipment available with loads of plastic glasses (including wine) for the patio area! Pool was great and clean with comfy sun beds, enough for all of us. There were 7 of us in total including 3 teenagers who made use of the free WIFI! The position was also perfect. You could reach the river in a few minutes and take a gentle ~10 min walk into the main town centre passing plenty of restaurants on the way or take a right out of the villa and walk into town via the main road. Just as you meet the main road there are 2 restaurants, both very nice and handy for lunchtimes. Also, a shop on the other side of the road where we stocked up on essentials. A restaurant next to the shop is also worth a visit. There are plenty of shops/restaurants on the way into town that all do breakfasts, lunches or evening meals at very reasonable prices. We all fell in love with Dalyan, plenty of things to do even with 3 teenagers for the 17 night stay. We will definitely return to Dalyan and hopefully to the Lazy Duck. Its my husband and i 5th vist to Dalyan our 1st in a villa and as family of 9, 5 of which were children the villa was well equipped, plenty of pool , bath towels.great out door space including bbq area. On our arrival we found a few bottles of Efes in the fridge which was really appreciated. mini fridge in the master bedroom was stocked with a few cans of pop and snacks. Adult's and children alike enjoyed the pool which was cleaned daily.The only down side we all found the mattresses very hard so not very good for sleeping. Dalyan is full of charm throughout our stay we tried many restaurants all of which we found to be amazing. We found one of the local restaurants Gecit run by Eray to be one of the best, there food was outstanding along with great prices. We organised 3 full day boat trips with Eray all with bbq lunch at a cost of £100 per trip again outstanding value i think the crab fishing was the most fun. More than happy to recommend the lazy duck as a home from home.

Lazy Duck Villa is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want for a wonderful holiday in the sun. Good sized living area with a fully fitted kitchen, large pool and air conditioning, these and some very special touches were just a few bonuses that made our holiday perfect. The Villa is just a short walk to the centre of town with many excellent restaurants, the river is also nearby for boat trips and we would highly recommend a trip to the ancient ruins of Kaunos which was fascinating. We will definitely be returning!

Although been to Dalyan a few times this was our first visit to Lazy Duck. Villa is of a very high standard added to the many complimentary bits and pieces provided by the owners. Just a short stroll into the center of town ( even shorter when you find the short cuts) . Private pool area and comfortable sun loungers and the provision of beach towels a real bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, weren’t ready to come home at all. As always locals were friendly, scenery stunning , food delicious and the weather was hot. Back home a few hours and already planning our next trip. I hope Dalyan remains just as it is, charming, welcoming, laid back.

Lazy Duck villa was very spacious, extremely clean and very well maintained. The furniture and soft furnishings were of high quality giving it a homely feel. It has an immaculate and well appointed kitchen where everything you could possibly need is at hand. The management had thought of everything and the little details made all of the difference from the welcome pack to the complimentary toiletries and sunscreen. The outside space is very attractive with a lovely pool and gorgeous gardens, a big barbeque area and terrace. It is in a very good position in Dalyan as it is within walking distance from lots of restaurants and attractions. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast next to the river watching the turtles and all of the lovely local wildlife. The pavements were well maintained and the area was flat which is important if you have young children or elderly relatives. We thought Dalyan was a great place for a relaxing family holiday with fantastic scenery. There were some lovely local shops and cafés to browse around and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Lazy Duck villa for a fab holiday and hope we will be returning soon.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Luzy Duck, and would certainly stay again. It's in a great location, really close to the river and walkway into town. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday with lots of living and eating space. Communication with owner before the holiday is very reassuring and helpful. I would recommend staying in this villa.
