Stayed Aug 17, 2024The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped so a great base for a family holiday in a lovely area. The kids enjoyed the huge gated garden and of course the pool, which is superb.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023A great place, plenty of room for 10 of us. The indoor pool was a major hit with the children. The garden is huge, so plenty of places to play. Ideally situated between Viller sur Mer and Houlgate.

Stayed May 27, 2023Villa Eden was far better than we had expected both in quality and in location. It's situated in quite a rural area but easy access to a small town which has the amazing fresh food markets and good restaurants. It's also close to a lovely sandy beach. The villa is very spacious and the swimming pool was very popular with all the family. The patio is a perfect sun trap and very private.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022The property is architecturally stunning as you enter the drive you know this will be a special time. It has all the amenities in the house and the surrounding area to have a wonderful family stay. We had some difficulties in travel (thanks Eurotunnel) and Sylvie was very understanding and accommodating when we turned up 5 hours late! Amazing communication throughout our stay too. Really can't fault the property or location. I'm sure this will be a property high on our list for a revisit. We had age ranges from 9 years old to 78 years old and it suited all.

Stayed Aug 28, 2021We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s got everything you need for a family. We stayed with our toddler and baby daughter and they even had a baby bath for the baby. Our daughter loved the toys in the children’s bedroom and the tree house. The tv and sofa area were really comfy and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The towns of Houlgate and Villers-Sur-Mer are just a 5 minute drive away and are really lovely with sweeping beaches and a beautiful town centres. The villa couldn’t have been in a better location for us and there are so many places to visit within an hours drive away (Honfleur, Deauville…). The hosts were really friendly and helpful.
