Things to Know

Parking:This villa is located within a gated HOA community at Wild Dunes. Upon your first arrival, please stop at the gate and provide the guard with your name and destination to gain entry. Parking is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking passes will be waiting for you in the kitchen upon arrival. Once you have the passes, place them in your vehicle(s) for the duration of your stay. These passes provide easy re-entry through the gate and are required to park in the community to avoid towing.

- The villa is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs.

- The villa borders a peaceful lagoon, with beach access just two blocks away.

- Exterior security cameras are present in common areas of the complex for guest safety.

- Gated trash and recycling bins are located to the left of the unit. Collection takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
