New villas in a residence with swimming pool and spectacular views of hills, mountains, prairies and the sea. The villas are furnished with wooden furniture and style, have excellent panoramic views including the sea to the coast of Capo Zafferano and are located in the hills and about 700 m from the sea. Located in a strategic position almost one km from the town of San Nicola the arena and nearby sandy beaches Trabia from the rocky ones of Altavilla such as Lido Sporting, Capannina or TorreNormanna and a wide range of free or equipped beaches, about 35 minutes from Cefalù and 25 minutes from Palermo. There is no shortage of comforts for a lovely and fun holiday: restaurants where you can taste Sicilian specialties, discos pubs (Castle of San Nicola, Helen), entertainment, bars, cinemas, pizzerias, Villa Nosa dining room, good wine shops and shopping centers and lots of fresh fish. The residence has indoor parking and swimming pool, garden furniture and everything you need for your barbecues. Each villa consisting of two floors with an English-style internal staircase has on the ground floor a large living room which serves as a dining and living room, a bathroom with shower, a closet and two verandas in one of which there is a built-in kitchen with view of the swimming pool; upstairs there is the dormitory area with two bedrooms (single + double), an adjoining room with TV and double sofa bed (double sofa + pouf bed) and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are included in the tourist price. Attractions In the vicinity of the residence there is a riding school where you can keep fit by riding, cycling tracks, nature reserves .... and also the tennis and sports fields in Torre Normanna and boating and diving in San Nicola. The nearest town is less than two kilometers away, the main road is one kilometer away, the station is 2km away and so are all the basic necessities. The residence are in a favored strategic position to be able to visit the most beautiful places in Sicily. Wonderful stay for me and my 3 friends . The house is very spacious and cleaned, new furnitures and the kitchen well equipped. Costs are good too. Beach is lovely and close. Proprietarios lovely persons and care of their guest. We spent ours holiday visiting Sicily and relaxing in the pool . I recommend this and will come back with new friends. Ciao:-)))
