HIBISCUS - Traditional villa with private pool and beautiful garden. Free WiFi

In the photos a good semi detached villa but sadly there has been very little upgrades done since the property was built in the 1960s...the only saving grace was the pool but in very much need of general maintenance.... many broken mosaic tiles.. we simply asked Homerti the morning after we arrived for a pool net because the ones at the pool were completely torn.. Albert contacted the Owner who advised them that they would be out on the Monday with a new net and to fix the Air Conditioner in the Lounge. we never saw the Owner at all so we left on the Thursday morning. The Property I am sure was very nice when it was built but properties need maintenance and Hibiscus has seen very little in my opinion. We arrived on a Friday afternoon at 4.30 pm and strangely was only given the key code 15 minutes before arrival which was advised from 4.0 pm onwards.In conclusion if you want to live in the past a good choice but take your own net /lighter and BBQ utensils and fan...... if the property had been well maintained a different story

We had a great stay. Communication was flawless and the house was absolutely beautiful and completely as advertised. I recommend Angela and this house without any reserve. Beautiful garden House might be equipped with a folder with the most essential information (where is the next supermarket, where is the fuse box (the main fuse box is actually in the garden)). Otherwise the house would profit from having wifi)

Sehr schöner und großer Pool in einem wirklich schönen Garten, große schattige Außenterrasse. Das Haus an sich ist jedoch dreigeteilt - also drei Wohneinheiten in einem Gebäude - und man bekommt die Nachbarn schon mit. Küche ist ebenfalls gut, 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche. Die Ausstattung ist leider sehr wenig vorhanden, selbst Klopapier und Handseife muss selbst mitgebracht werden. Wenn man erst spät abends ankommt und nicht mehr einkaufen kann, hat man auch erst mal nichts da.

La casa estaba muy limpia y cuidada, la ubicación y la tranquilidad de la zona No había ningún tipo de producto de limpieza, ni tan siquiera un Estropajo con qué fregar los platos o una bayeta para limpiar la mesa. No hay toallas para los pies, no había prácticamente nada de instrumental de cocina... Son pequeños detalles que no cuestan nada pero que empeoran la casa.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis. De buitenruimte is spectaculair met een grote tuin en fantastisch zwembad. De auto parkeer je gewoon voor de deur. De binnenruimte is ook goed, al waren wij wel blij dat wij van tevoren bij de andere recensies hadden gelezen dat de basics (zoals peper, zout, vuilniszakken, afwasspullen etc.) eerst zelf moet kopen. Wij hebben hier dus gelijk op in kunnen spelen. De ruimtes zijn schoon en hebben in principe alles wat je nodig hebt. Zij waren voor ons vergeten een kinderstoel neer te zitten, maar na een kort berichtje naar Homerti stond de stoel de volgende ochtend voor de deur. Heel fijn! De matrassen zijn wel erg hard, dus daar moet je rug wel tegen kunnen ;-). Prachtige stranden en mooie stadjes allemaal op rij-afstand vanaf het huis. Wij raden dit verblijf dan ook zeker aan!

Une maison de charme avec un jardin coquet et une belle piscine. Très bien situé sur l'Ile avec accès très rapide sur Alcudia et la presque ile de formentor. Liaison assez rapide 1/2 h sur Palma.

Die Bewertung von 10 Punkten sollte eigentlich alles aussagen: 1. unkomplizierter Check in/out 2. Top-Finca (Sauberkeit der Finca, des Pools und der Anlage an sich ) in schöner und ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Tramuntana Gebirges . Alles in Allem war es eine super schöne Woche in Crestatx. Gerne wieder!

Beste Kommunikation und Ansprecharkeit bei Rückfragen, vielen Dank. Haus sehr charmant, Garten und Pool toll. WLAN funktioniert bestens. Haustechnik/Küchentechnik etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kochausstattung knapp. Lage sehr gut.
