Stayed Jul 12, 2025The villa is absolutely stunning and completely exceeded our expectations, our group couldn't have been happier that we'd booked to stay here. This accommodation offers 360 panoramic views, generous bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Markus was such a fantastic host and was always on hand to help with our requests, including arranging a bespoke birthday cake for our friend's special day. We can't recommend this place enough!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024a wonderfull place to stay for exploring Rome and nearby tourist highlights like Tivoli. Also for hiking trips in the Abruzzo mountains an ideal starting point. Annu and Markus and their staff are pretty much the hosts you imagine for a stay: hospitable, relaxed and friendly attitude and always ready ti give a good advice for what to do or see. It was our second stay and we love the spacious but still cosy rooms (besides the unique setting of the Villa).

Stayed Jan 23, 2024It was a short stay for us here in the foothills of the Abruzzo mountains. The house beautifully located on a hill and still within reach of Rome. The sunny days, moonlight filled nights and our friendly hosts made it a wonderful experience. We loved the arched hall and the cosy evening in front of the fireplace. We'll be back on day for a pool party
