Greenscape 7 bedroom villa, private infinity pool, jacuzzi & stunning sea views

Our week at Villa Greenscape made for an amazing vacation for our group of 14 people, at one of the few large properties open in November. Spending a week in Kalkan, we enjoyed short walks to markets, shops, and restaurants, many of which were open during the off season. While the tourist traffic was minimal, we had an easy time savoring the local experience of Kalkan. The property itself is just beautiful: flowering trees, gorgeous palms, and orange trees. Our kids even enjoyed the infinity pool on some of the days. Inside, the kitchen and common areas are spacious and comfortable, as well as all the en-suite bedrooms. We never felt cramped or crowded. Cengiz and his team were super responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for an incredible holiday, even assuring us that the weather would likely prove better than the forecasts for rain, and they were right! The weather was beautiful and we were able to take advantage of boat trips and other sightseeing tours. It was more than we could have hoped for.

Absolutely fabulous villa for a large group of teenagers and mums, spacious, well-equipped, quiet and comfortable for everyone! Extremely clean with super bathrooms, efficient air-con, and beautiful patio/ pool as well as terrace/ hot tub on third floor. Very helpful owner and manager, really made the stay so easy and enjoyable!

A very luxurious, spacious, modern, clean and well equipped villa that ticked all the boxes for our needs. Lovely infinity pool. A very friendly and helpful owner who was quick in responding to all our enquiries. Villa is in a very quiet / private location, yet within a 5 minute taxi ride to the main town and port. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance too so car hire not essential. Taxis cheap and easily available. Boats can be hired for trips from the port. We hired one for half a day and it was a great trip for all the family. The views from the villa of the bay are amazing. What a fabulous week!

The villa is stunning, it is high spec all the rooms are large with plenty of storage too all with lovely ensuites. The views are stunning and the pool is a great size for the amount of people. The location is 5 mins walk to a few restaurants and shops all very good. It is about 25 mins walk downhill to Kalkan main town. We enjoyed not being in the busy town. Kalkan isn't a cheap Turkish resort, but is beautiful with quirky little roads hosting of restaurants/shop - definitely recommend. The Kalamar beach club is great for a day out - hire your beds for £3 each, you have access to sea trampoline, kayaks, pedalos in a very beautiful inlet. All they ask if you order drinks and food during the day from the restaurant - all nice and pretty reasonable in price. I would recommend this villa and location.

Our three families stayed in this villa in July. We needed 7 bedrooms and the villa provided this and we even had a bedroom spare. The villa is beautifully built with local sandy colour stone, spacious bedrooms and wetroom showers. The kitchen and appliances are very modern and there is plenty of room to cook and chop. The views from all but one bedrooms are terrific. The swimming pool is large and deep enough to do length and still have kids swimming alongside you. It’s about 10 min walk to the harbour and centre of Kalkan. The Kalamar Beach club is just down the hill and we found a great Hamam at Hotel Regency nearby. The villa was cleaned half way through our stay which was a pleasant surprise. Overall we would highly recommend it for a large group stay. Have a great holiday!

A superb modern stylish villa with a fantastic view over Kalamar Bay. Cool and elegant interior. Amazing private infinity pool and large outdoor living space including BBQ area and garden. There is even a jacuzzi on the upper terrace! A peaceful and comfortable place for a chilled break in style. Loved it! We'll be back!
