Gorgeous Views of Pacific and Rainforest

This is an Old Condo Complex Pearched Sea Side Main Hwy Local Amenities, A Mini Store, a Bank With Working ATM Some Food and Shops To Wander into Public Bus Service at 385 Colone (1.00) Each Trip, Runs Almost Twice an Hr Quepos To Beach End Manuel Antonio and Return Great Views Off Outdoor Living Patio Area, Small Geckos and Few Bugs, Nice That CR Has Few Flys or Mozzies In Feb. But Feb I Find is Now Too Hot For Me, 32c Daily With Almost No Breeze on Balcony, Not a Place One Can Stay All Day What The Place Requires is Investment in a 42 Smart Television, I Was Sick a Couple Days and Would Have Enjoyed an Option of TV With English Ability...Small Owner nvestment??? AC Worked in Bedroom Thk Goodness Whole Property is Very Dated I Suppose For Price, Its The Norm for 2 Star Accomidations Found Most Places in CR Would Not Stay Again, Because I Prefer and Better Update With Newer Standards....Cheers

The property managers/owners were very helpful and responsive. The view is stunning and the area is very walkable. Everything you need is closeby. I never used the pool, but instead I walked down to Ecotica to use theirs which was in the shade (20$ daypass). The indoor outdoor shower was wonderful but the private patio area was the best part. The view from the hammock was beautiful. Although you are in the jungle there are barely any bugs due to the lizards eating them all. I loved having them in my room and balcony ready to eat anything that flies. I also saw monkeys in the trees nearby. Richard’s tips were spot on too.

Our stay was EXCELLENT! The Area was great for catching a taxi or just walking to local sites for sightseeing and dining! Richard and Anna were great Host! They were very communicative before and even throughout our stay, even checking in to see how our stay was going. The room was very quaint and clean, but most of all private. Just what we needed and looked for for our Honeymoon! They left a very detailed booklet with instructions, suggestions, and recommendations that was very helpful and influenced a lot of our trip. We would whole heartedly recommend booking with the Hagopian. When we visit CR/Manuel Antonio again, we will definitely book again ourselves if available!

Our stay was ok. Richard and Anna were great with communication but unfortunately we ran into bad luck , causing just a 3 star rating.When we arrived, the shower floor had dirt, which I had to clean up. On that same night we had no hot water and the AC went out in the middle of the night. Hot water was fixed on Day 2, but the AC needed a part and was not fixed until our last day, Day 3.The hosts offered the loft below us, but it was too inconvenient to go back and forth and it had not been cleaned, since it was being cleaned upon our departure.We always enjoy our time in Manuel Antonio, but as I said, we ran into some bad luck this time around with our accommodations.

The view was quite nice. Nearby construction was very noisy. Really liked all the good information you sent in advance! Agua Azul restaurant next door has good views, good food and very nice staff.

Perfect location to go with the perfect view! Room was simple, but patio area with view was incredible! Great location for restaurants, national park, and the beach! We walked twice to the beach and back. It is a trek back uphill but we are pretty active and it wasn’t too bad! Go ahead and book this property!

Great location to our friends, restaurants, fishing and shopping. Amazing views!! Great pool for relaxing and cooking with friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this location, it was so convenient to local shops, market, and the local bus line, so unless you need to leave the area, the bus takes you into Quepos and into Manuael Antonio park, don't need a car. Richard's tips were invaluable, so make sure you read them before you come. Communication to the owners and to the property manager were also easy. Would stay there again.

Sweet apartment with a great ocean view. Full kitchen was nice. Comfortable place. Easy bus ride to MA park and to the beach.

These place is perfect for two adults! The views from the balcony are awesome and we loved starting and ending our day out there! It’s also so close to restaurants and attractions, very convenient!

Such a great room with a gorgeous patio view! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious but the highlight is the outdoor patio! We saw all the exotic birds, monkeys, butterflies and gorgeous sunsets while relaxing in the hammock just outside the bedroom. It’s a beautiful view of the ocean and walking distance from so many restaurants, pharmacy, grocery and even the Espadilla beach, if you don’t mind a decent hike. The property owners and manager were very attentive. It was perfect and I hope to come back again!

Would give 4.5/5. Great view and outdoor seating. Felt clean, comfortable, and safe. Very much as described. Easy communication with Henry. He was able to help with all our questions, including getting a taxi for us to the airport. We used the bus to use the public beach daily. We ate at the local recommended spots, which were good. Enjoyed having a mini fridge for beer, snacks, and left overs. A/C worked great! Only downside is it could use some updates for the cost (mainly the bathroom) but I didn't think this was a surprise (this is easily seen in the pictures online). Overall, would come again for sure!

Great place for a nice couple's retreat in the jungle but right in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Although a bit dated, we were comfortable at this place. Henry, the caretaker was always available for help or recommendations. Bed would be due for a refresh - but otherwise we enjoyed our time spent here.
