Lapa Villas: 3 Homes w/ & king beds, Heated Pool, Gym, Jacuzzi & Beach Trail!

The host exceeded our expectations. The amenities are superb and the wildlife experience we had was simply amazing.

We had a wonderful trip. Carli and Kent made the whole process so easy, we had groceries upon our arrival and a constant source of information and assistance during our stay. The property is stunning and perfect for big groups to gather and also spread out. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed being surrounded by nature. Communication leading up to arrange excursions etc. was spotty at best but good once the trip began. Walkable beaches are beautiful.

This was one of the most magical places I have ever stayed. We had a family group of 12. We hung out at the lower house, with its incredible open air kitchen and infinity pool. During our 1 week stay, we saw three sloths, toucans, squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, white-faced capuchin monkeys, a resident iguana, and scarlet macaws in the jungle surrounding the property. Our difficult-to-impress young adult kids were amazed by the place. There is a wonderful little elevated spot with a table and umbrella overlooking the ocean (in the distance), where we would spend early mornings watching the monkeys scurry down to the jungle. The walk to the beach is steep, but well worth the effort, as it is a private little cove with gentle, warm water. The staff are amazing, especially Yader, the property caretaker. Although the listing says the lower house is more dated, I would not say that at all - it's beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are comfy. The parking is super easy, with a four car garage with automatic openers you can put in your car. (The third garage from the left is a bit tricky, as there is a tree in the way, but just take it slow). There are other beautiful beaches nearby. Staff were very communicative and use WhatApp to monitor check in time. The only reason I gave four star on accuracy is the pics were a little confusing, The open air kitchen and infinity pool are at the lower house. This is clear in the info you get once you book.

This is an amazing place to stay when at Manuel Antonio. We lived the open kitchen, the near private beach, covered and beds for all. Plus got visits from troops of monkeys most days. Make sure people are ready for some exercise as many stairs and a challenging walk down to beach. But worth it!are ready for some exercise

The property was huge with loads of space for our family of 16 (ages 8-81). The space is lovely with some gorgeous views and wildlife all around (just to name a few: toucans, 3 different kinds of monkeys, lizards, and we even saw a sloth!). There are lots of stairs and they were challenging for the eldest pair in our group, especially at night and when raining, so keep that in mind. The pool was great for the kiddos and having plentiful beach towels was fantastic. The concierge, Vanessa, was super helpful with arranging transportation and giving us suggestions for restaurants and excursions and she was very responsive and took care of issues that came up very quickly. The house staff, Yader and Arellys, were also great and took care of the property well and they were really kind and helpful. Overall our family had a great time at this huge, beautiful property

The property was great, everyone had their own space at the Villa. The walk to the beach was amazing, it’s like your own little island. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance which was very convenient. We got to see 2 types of monkeys and innumerable type of birds. Vanessa the concierge is one of the most diligent concierge I have worked with, she was also very friendly. The staff at the house were amazing as well, I haven’t had such good, personable service in a long time. We set up all of our transportation and tours through Vanessa and each one of those tours operators and the driver took great care of us, no one pushes anything on you! they are there to help you and let you relax while the deliver on whatever you ask for. I wish these people could travel with me to other countries ?

Our stay here was wonderful and we felt like rockstars! The photos don't do the property justice but you do need to be fit to cover all the stairs and layers of these two houses. The location was great as we could walk to bars and beaches and a short drive to the supermarket and town. The wildlife did not disappoint either from the toucans that tapped on the windows to the parade of monkeys going through the trees. Would love to come back again.
