The Vacation company were amazing from the initial booking to great customer care throughout the stay. The property is in a gated community about 23 mins from the airport. There was shuttle both ways. During the stay there was a cleaner and pool and garden staff. All did a great job. The 4 King rooms were huge and with good AC and the small garden room was also AC and suited its purpose. There are 4 Bedrooms in the main house and a Suite down a declining path which would suit a more stable footing individual. There are ample rooms with the main Kitchen on the upper floor which does have its challenges with ants. Beware of storing unsealed food in the pantry. It would be beneficial for the host to provide sealed containers for this purpose or you can get then form the local supermarkets cheaply. This house is house and has great facilities including bars, large dining seating area with AC and a theater room also with AC. There are many many lights with dimmers and also fans. You will have to figure out what does what and also many of the bulbs are not working. We did have a couple of things not working which included a toaster and hairdryer. One call to guest services and new ones were provided the next day. Great Customer service. The water system cannot keep up with to many people showing and using hot water all at once, so once you figure that out, just stagger the times. The pool is a great size and well looked after by the pool guy except Sunday which also includes the cleaner. Amazing views of the ocean and bay. You are close by to the all inclusive resorts in the bay, so you can hear some music at night but not too late. Would we come and stay here again, for sure we would and highly recommend it to anyone and especially using the this Vacation company.

I have never stayed anywhere with this view! Priceless The house is extremely large to accomdate our group!!! The private beach is a great feature and also breathtaking! The pantry stocking for your arrival day is such a great idea and saves you from having to go shopping your first couple days. We also ordered the private chef for two suppers and he was amazing!!! Would book again.

The kitchen needs some updating, along with some frying pans. There is no safe on site for passports or other other personal items. Everyone is friendly and responsive.

Reviewer Comments: Our trip had 9 people the house was awesome the chef Manuel, housekeeper Gabby and groundsman Fidel were so sweet accomodating went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job the location and views were spectacular the food was a 10 plus the chefs ability to manage cook for 9 people was outstanding he should get a raise everyone went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous it was the best vacation the boat tour was amazing from beginning to end

The home was ideal for the 9 of us who came out to celebrate my 40th birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Older house that does need some maintenance so don't expect everything to be perfectly new and shiny. there was construction going on at neighboring villa- so you might want to check in with agency to see if that is still happening. Private beach is beautiful but only the fittest should attempt to go down there. Overall great stay.
