Flip Flop Villa Mountain and Ocean Views

Beautiful location and view of the ocean!! Had Everything you could need and a restaurant in walking distance. Loved it and would definitely be back!!

It’s a cute Flip Flop theme cottage with an great view and access to the water and a wonderful spot to watch the Sunset! It was clean, well stocked, with lots of different spaces to relax. I would definitely stay there again!

The owner was great, we had no issues. The place was amazing. Restaurant was within walking distance!

This is a true gem! We truly loved the FlipFlop theme and the location can’t be beat. Walked to a local restaurant & then had a wonderful fire in the evening. There is a set of stairs from their property down to a sitting area to watch the sunset and the ocean.. Fabulous..

This property was very unique in that it had a flip flop theme throughout. Amazing decorations. It was in a good location with great views and within an easy walk to the Rusty Anchor for dining. The bed was comfortable although the room itself very small. The front door was a little tricky to unlock. Overall good amenities. Great communication with the host!

We had a very nice stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunset by the ocean and a fire after. Great location right on the Cabot Trail

We had a wonderful stay at Flip Flop Villa. We loved everything about it, from the fun beach-themed decor to the spectacular view of the ocean through the back windows. The secret garden path to the decks was our favourite part and we were delighted to explore what lay beyond the backyard gate. We enjoyed a good night's sleep in the comfy beds and it was a pleasure to prepare breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. Communication with Elizabeth and Brian was easy and they were quick to respond to our emails. We are very glad that we found Flip Flop Villa for our stay in Cape Breton.

We loved flip flop villa!

We loved our stay here at the flip flop Cottage! It had everything that we needed and was very clean. But most of all we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the water! This was an ideal spot to stay for exploring all that Cabot Trails had to offer. It was also very handy to have the Rusty Anchor restaurant so nearby! We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Brian was very communicative and the access to the ocean was wonderful. A great place to watch the whales and sunset!

Set in the heart of Cape Breton National Park, this charming cottage is the perfect base for daily explorations. Decorated in a cheerful flip-flop theme, it offers all the essentials, plus a patio and a large terrace. Its highlight is a private platform, where you can watch the sun set over the Atlantic. With a bit of luck, you may even spot seals, whales, and bald eagles passing by.

Overall a beautiful spot to stay. Very clean. Great communication. Recommend!

Super nice and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our inquiries. We were a bit worried about proximity to the road, but it was surprisingly quiet, especially at night. Sunsets and sunrises were magnificent! Loved our stay!

The views from platform at the bottom of the stairs was really nice. Bed was super comfortable. Had everything we needed. We will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home, well equipped for all your needs. Even got to see a whale one night fromnthevlower deck while watching the sunset obe night and a seal the previous night.

Hosts were fantastic covered all of the basis! Also checked in frequently and offered up some different things to do!!! Location was the perfect spot for Cabot Trail stay!!

The BEST place!

We loved your place! Your decor is so cute- just wondering where you got all the “flip flop” accessories. It was wonderful to stay where the coffee and tea was provided. All your toiletries were appreciated also. We liked the outdoor walk down to the platform and your fire pit. Only wish that we had allowed more time to enjoy it! We definitely would recommend your beautiful spot and hope to return ourselves when in the area!

Wonderful place along the ocean. Nice to have steps down to view of the ocean, seals, dolphins & sunset. Excellent restaurant with great seafood options within walking distance. Still finding flip flop decor on the second day of our stay. Brian was quick to respond to any inquiries. Simply fantastic!

The accuracy of the online listing i gave 5 stars, but really, it wasn't accurate: it was way better!!! This was my kids favorite place to stay in a week of hotels/ places during our travels. Very nice home with water access

Property was so clean and so adorable with the flip flop theme through the whole property . The gate in the back yard reminded of a fairy door and the stairs behind the door down to the look off / landing were sturdy and in the night , well lit . Cleanest cottage I have ever stayed in . Well equipped and comfortable . Sun porch attached has a bar and bar fridge that we really liked . Awesome fire pit area and lots of wood ( to purchase ) available by the pit . We watched the most beautiful sunset on the landing while watching numerous seals play along the shore . One night was not enough . Will definitely book more nights next time . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
